I wish I could give this location negative stars! The stand up tanning beds are horrible, with bulbs that I swear havent been replaced since that location opened. Ive met ONE employee at this location, in the TWO YEARS ive gone there, that was actually nice to me, and at least pretended to like her job! I always cancel my membership in the spring, than rejoin in the winter. Ive been doing this for three years. I was a year around member for two before that. Hilliard was my original home store, then, I moved to Reynoldsburg and got stuck with this piece of crap location. I cancelled my membership the morning of my payment date. I get home to notice, I was charged after I cancelled for the month of May. The first time I call ,"you just missed the manager, Ill have him call you!" Next day, no call! I call back and I get the rudest boy Ive ever spoke to in customer service environment. He asked me what it was regarding when I asked to speak with the manager. I informed him I never was contacted by Jeff about a refund. The boy got rude with Me and said "Ill tell you right now, he wont issue a refund! You didnt cancel by the tenth so we wont reverse them." I told him I appreciate your help, but I just wanted to speak with the manager. Finally I got in contact with Jeff, I explained my story and told him I sign up every fall/winter and been doing so for about 4 years now. He told me that he appreciated that, but will not offer me a refund. I politely told him, thats fine, but I wont be signing up again this fall, and hung up. Moral of the story, they lost roughly $25X6 months for $25.00. Way to go Jeff, Pretty sure thats not how management works.

This is my home gym but I often use Worthington, Gahana and Whitehall. I should have known that I might have issues since my first visit. I had signed up online and I came into the club to see if I could get a tour. Not only would they not give me a tour but I had to ask a million questions about how everything works just to get one word answers. I also tan often and management is not replacing the bulbs nor are they scanning members cards when you come in to tan each time. They simply walk to the timer and ask how long. I probably wouldnt have expressed my issues here but decided to when I noticed the owners response was " change to another home gym" or transfer to a member that was dissatisfied. Not how can I fix this....just go away then. Horrible business ethic. And then you refer people to on site management with immediate issues? How can they have any better customer service or resolution skills when this is the attitude that the owner displays. Even thought they are independently owned and operated I wonder if Planet Fitness New of this in their corporate office.

Joe the manager is rude and dont fallow planet fitness rules at all. I have the proof in black and white that he printed off. Sierra Rhoads is just as rude and makes sure she makes a comment about me when I walk in. I only tan here so what their problem? I pay my fee every month. Worst planet fitness I have ever been too and their tanning bed stinks like death and I have to wipe stuff off just to use it. Dirty and rude in Pickerington. I am in great standing with my account and I been a member for 10 months. No need to act like ppl dont pay bc if they didnt pay they wouldnt be aloud to attend the club. Poor comment back from upper management

Great gym, Im a black card member and go to 3 differant gyms all week. The thing that needs improvement at this one is the wear and tear on the equipment. The triceps exercise machines both are worn down to the bare metal on the handles. They have been worn down for months and no one has done anything about it. Other than that its a great gym. I do wish however there was a swing chest extention machine that they have at all of the other planet fitness gyms I go to.

Nothing fancy about Planet Fitness however, it is a good gym with good equipment. I used to be a member here and the membership price is great. I liked that they have stand- up tanning beds. However, no sauna.. which led me to choosing another gym. But I recommend Planet Fitness for anyone in the beginning stages of working out, or just looking to get your cardio in- theyve got plenty of treadmills and ellipticals!

When I was back to cancel my membership the computer was down. So they want me to comeback before the 10th of the month. And behold, the computer was down again. I came back to cancel my membership on the 12th and they still want me to pay that months membership. Their computer system was down the times I came back and they would not do anything about it. I am so disappointed with the way they handled this matter.

Consistency is key, and theyve got it down to a science. With the volume they do here, its common for things to break it become in need of maintenance. They keep on top of that and it shows. Having visited several other locations while traveling for work, Im always happy to come back to my "home" gym. Its well maintained and cleaner than any other Ive been to. Kudos to the staff and management.

Alot high school kids & people who dont know what the hell their doing in there. Lack of gym etiquette. Not a place for serious weight trainers. Ppl standing around alot. Needs more supervision instead of the staff ganged up at the front desk. Im only here because of the hours. Would be nice if they had more cable n free weight equipment. Waaaaay too many treadmills elliptical etc.

Clean environment. 12 and 30 minutes circuits available. Free weights and safe weights available. Massage beds and chairs for black members (20$ a month). Numerous stair steppers, treadmills, and bikes. Free classes and consultations offered by schedule. Its kept cool and even crowded you can typically complete your workout without interference. Staff is friendly and ready to assist.

I called in May/ June to ask questions about my account and make changes, I was treated like a criminal on trial. The Management is rude and pointed out how stupid i was. He was in a defensive attitude from beginning of conversation. He talked over me and would not let me get even a short statement in. I do not want to deal with this location ever again. Very bad customer service.

Pros: Cheap Cons -members have no idea what theyre doing. -too busy to even breathe -they give pizza, bagels, and tootsie rolls? Lol what!? -wifi doesnt ever work. -tanning bulbs older than Jerusalem. Overall :if youre just starting, sure whatever. Myself, having a few years experience in the lifestyle, dont bother. Its more headache than its worth.

I like this gym because I get left alone to do my routine in peace and everything works as it should. I like to tan a few times or use the massage chairs and I never have any issues with a huge line or feel awkward asking. Staff is nice, equipment does what it is supposed to do. It has the simplicity that I am looking for in a gym.
