This place rocks! Im 65 years old an have been attending the POWER HOUR since February. At first I couldnt make it through a complete session, now for the most part I can make it through. The harder you try the the higher they raise the bar! Its not real competition, but then again it is. Its nothing like any other health club youve been to. Once you start you cant stop! Dont get me wrong I cant say its fun, but something about it makes you want to come back for more. Ive lost about 12 pounds since February and Im much stronger. When I started, I couldnt do a sit up, now I can hit 25 or 30 without breaking a sweat. Maybe Im stretching it a little. I have had three knee surgeries, pins in my ankle and a titanium hip but Im still able to do the biggest part of the hour long workout. The bottom line is; I used to be in pain 16 hours a day, now its only an hour! Think about it! If you want to feel better from your head to your toes stop in at Title Boxing ... Tellem Larry sent you!

There is no doubt the workout is fantastic. The pricing though is out of control. If I am paying that much for a membership I would at least expect more classes offered throughout the day than what they are offering. To put it in perspective, if you join Lifetime Fitness down the road, not only do you get great workout classes but also a beautiful gym and facilities. To top it all off they offer childcare. For 2 kids, grand total of less than $60 a month. Month to month. No crazy contracts. I all most passed out when TITLE showed me their pricing. It is all most comical.

Starting with the good, the workouts are challenging and fun. Thats about all I can say positive for Title Boxing. The people working there are super high-pressure during the sign-up process and will tell you over and over that you can quit anytime. And you can do just that. In person... when the manager is there and not too busy to speak with you... after youve been there for a year... with a 90-day notice... and for $200. In their defense, all this is spelled out in the small print of the contract, but the people signing you up will lie like a rug.

From the first free class, the owner and employees made my fiance and I feel so welcome! We hadnt worked out in a long time and were quite intimidated, but after one workout, we were addicted and feeling so confident. This isnt a gym, this is a place where everyone supports your goals, there is never any pressure or judgement, just people looking to live a healthy lifestyle, and making sure everyone has a blast while doing that. LOVE THIS PLACE! Recommend it to anyone and everyone wanting to get fit!

The workouts are great! I look forward to attending 3 to 4 days a week. I love the mix of instructors. They each bring something different. This prevents the body from getting too comfortable with the same routine each workout! Sommer, Brian, John, and Ryan rock!!! I have yet to make it to a class with the other instructors. High energy and highly motivating!!! One last note: the workouts are addictive!!!

I love the workouts at Title. The trainers are wonderful each with their own style and I get a full workout in the power hour. Arms, core, legs and cardio its a very good workout and I would invite everyone to try it. Ive seen good results in a short period of time. Lost inches from my waist and increased my metabolism. Its the only workout Ive been able to maintain and I look forward to working out.

Title boxing Westerville is unfortunately a rip off. They charge your bank account for unapproved fees, admit there mistake but wont give your money back. They ignore your attempts to contact them I guess in hopes that youll go away. Titleboxing in general is great but bad business at this particular establishment ruined for me.

Title Boxing got me working out again, which I hate doing, but I found I enjoy boxing as a workout. Everyone here is very nice and extremely helpful. The trainers are motivating and will help you with your workout. Highly recommend to give it a try.
