I dont know why there is even a phone number associated with this business. I have tried to call it morning, afternoon and evening and have NEVER gotten someone to answer! Multiple attempts. The drive through will take you every bit of 20 mins and the lack of enthusiasm from the employees is really upsetting. You will wait quite some time so dont show up hungry! Tragic really, I live so close I would eat here for breakfast and lunch most days (5 employees) and we cant because of the ridiculous amounts of time it takes to get food... it takes less time to drive to 23rd street and grab something. You need more people working and teach them how to answer the phone!

We do love Tropical Smoothie but we will stick to the one at Panama City Mall when we have a craving for this. If you are going to have a drive through....you NEED more people working. 3 people inside and 2-3 cars in the drive through is enough to bog this location down for way too long. Just over 30 minutes for a sandwich and 2 smoothies is crazy! Ill stick to my 5 min wait at the mall and not worry about a drive through.

Tried to call the store 3 times to place a pickup order. No answer. I still went because I love tropical smoothie. They had 3 people working and few costumes. It took 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged and then once my order was taken took 15 to get it! Very disappointed I love tropical smoothie but will not visit this location again. This is not my first bad experience there.

Dont know what happened with this business, stopped coming here about a year ago because customer service sucked, thought Id try it again today and now I Remember why, I dont have to eat here, its a choice not a neccesity, your workers are rude and disgruntled, seems like im not the only one to feel this way, absolutely will not choose this location again .....

I have given this Tropical Smoothie way too much of my service. The odds of getting good service here is scarce to none. The employees appear to hate their jobs and get my order wrong often. Anyone reading, the Tropical Smoothie on 23rd street is a world of difference and the employees seem to work good together and you get your food in a timely manner.

Couldnt get any service in drive thru. It appeared employee was preparing a call in order and no other customers were in the store. Waited 10min and honked the horn she never agnolaged our presence. I left without ordering and wont be back.

Costumer service is always good, food is always good. People always say they are slow, but you have to understand that all the food and smoothies are made FRESH youre going to have to wait a little. Give it a try!

Staff is nice and the food is good however they need more help at this location. Seems like every time I go here there is only two people working and they are slammed with business, which makes for slow service.

Even thpugh we got there super late on a Friday night just before closing, the customer service was awesome. They were super friendly and treated us just like we were the first customers of the day!
