Service was terrible- it took them 7 minutes to make my sandwich without a crowd. Every single member of the crew, not the managers though, were either sitting or leaning and texting which made me wonder why my food took so long. The cashier screamed at me to repeat my order, then rolled her eyes. The girl that was passing out sandwiches let a bunch of them sit on the rail for an extended period of time. They also have their sanitizer buckets above the trash and on the drink station which is against health code here. On top of it all, my bread was stale- wont be going back there nor will anyone from my workplace (you know that little company over in Appliance Park?) great job Firehouse.

I was a previous employee. Relocated so can no longer work there. I was on the day shift. Lunch hour is extremely busy. It takes roughly 6mins-7mins. to make a sub dued to the fact their subs are toasted, meat, and cheese is steamed. If a phone or catering order came in they try to mix the order and your order the best they can. The owner, Mrs. Taylor is rarely relaxed during lunch rush. Their bread is never stale, it is toasted. If you want your meal sooner request by phone or email. If you want it fresh (not toasted and steamed) request it. The sanitation buckets are never located next to food or the drink station. If you have any issues of sanitation ask the owner for explanation.

Ok... so penn station held my heart... and i cheated ONE TIME... that was all it took. I havent been back since. Customer service is amazing and very friendly. I go in there so much they know me by name. Ever since then iv been committed and faithful. Iv tried quite a few subs and iv never been disappointed... no lie all this talk got me hungry lol im omw!

Firehouse Subs reminds me too much of Penn Station, without the customization. Theres only one vegetarian option and I had to ask for it because I didnt see it on the menu. My sandwich was good but I dont see myself ever craving a Firehouse Sub like I do for a Which Wich.

I had a great lunch at this location. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Service was quick and the large selection of to-go sauces were a nice touch. Clean, friendly, and a solid menu, you wont find this quality in many chain eateries.
