My experience at this Qdoba has not been very good. Everytime I order a Taco Salad, they say their out of the Taco Salad shell. 2 weeks ago I was there and I got the same answer. I spoke to the GM, he wanted to give me free food. I was under a lot of stress. My Mother had just been in a head on collision and was Lifelined to U of L. I didnt take his free food!! I left there without getting anything. Well, this Qdoba is just down the street from me so, I decided to give them one more try. I ordered a Taco Salad online to pick up, Guess What: NO TACO SALAD SHELLS!!!!! Is there something difficult about making Taco Salad Shells? The management is very disorganized. This is a Mexican Restaurant, make enough Taco Salad Shells.

OK we all know these are fast food burritos but I can not help it that I love this place. I live in the neighborhood so I have been here more than a few times. It is a very high volume restaurant so the table scan be a little dirty at times but I can let that slide since they are usually so busy. the food line always looks clean though and the service is always fast and on the money. This particular location is open all night Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. They also have great beer specials Friday nights and live bands outside on many weekend nights. Not fine dinning but I dont care I still love it.

WORST experience ever. We were looking forward to a nice New Years breakfast and, guess what?! NO breakfast!! So, even though we were disappointed we decided to stay for lunch, and, GUESS WHAT??!! They couldnt serve hot burritos because they forgot to turn on the griddle!!! They said it would take 15-20 minutes to warm up. Seriously, do you actually want business? You know, Highland Morning is just half a block down the street.

Usually had good experiences here until today (5-3-17 about 645pm)when a coworker grabbed a steak burrito to go. The meat was RAW...not undercooked....RAW with some kind of white sour cream smelling slime. Two bites and pitched it. I would take it back up there but it closes before my shift ends. Thanks for the memories Q...its been fun. Ill take my chances with Chipotle from now on.

I walk in at 6:08 am on Sunday after having driven home all night. Door says open 24 hours and is unlocked. There is a table with 5 people sitting inside. I walk up to the counter and have to say hello for the guy working to look up and then says "were actually closed until 6:30". I frequent this qdoba often and normally have no complaints. Gonna be hard to convince me to go back.

This is the most unique Qdoba in Louisville. They are open 24 hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and serve a breakfast burrito during the morning hours which is very delicious! Also, being at the corner of Eastern Pkwy and Bardstown rd, you get to see the full culture of the Highlands and all of the people!

A nice sit-down area to enjoy your choice of tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, nachos, and other Mexican-inspired foods. Fresh vegetables, meats, and sauces, including guacamole and queso. The burritos are the bomb, and youll see why, or take it to go and eat in the comfort of your home or dorm room.

Usually no problems and good service but the employees working today, 12/ 17/16 at around 2, were not helpful and very rude. They wouldnt ask what we wanted and snickered to each other everytime we told them something about our order. Very unfriendly and rude. Will not come back to this Qdoba.

Nicest dude working behind the counter. He was working very hard even though he seemed to be the only staff member there. My rating is because it was understaffed and because of that the food suffered. Mixed temperatures and freshness of the ingredients left me feeling like I way overpaid.

Ordered my food, paid, cashier (10/18/14 11:45) dropped my cup on top of my nachos which covered it in guacamole and cheese sauce, said ooops and slid it over to me??? I was blown away so much that I didnt even ask him to do anything with it. He just turned his head and walked away...

Came in today and got a quesadilla to go. The girl making it put the guac and sour cream in the to-go plate with the food instead of in separate cups so when I got home and opened my food, I found that the whole thing had turned into a soggy disgusting mess.

Nate is the best worker! I was upset they no longer had the hot queso, and he blended some hot sauce and queso together for me and made sure I was satisfied with everything else. He is personable every time I go in there. You should give him a raise!

Watch out for grilled quesadillas. They burned mine twice. They need to adjust the panni maker timer or get a new one. I have not been at this location for a while but it seemed run down and chaotic. No menu on the walls.
