En definitiva no regresaria por gusto aun que la amabilidad del personal es buena el servicio no es bueno ya que solicite un cambio de display para el cual me confirmaron que tenian en stock al llegar a la tienda eso era mentira!, tuvieron que pedirla asegurando que llegaba en 3-5 dias y que ellos llamarian en cuanto estuviera lista, pague por ella y espere una semana y no recibi ninguna llamada! la siguiente semana estuve llamando y no contestaba y cuando respondieron a mi llamada fue para decirme que despues de dos semanas de espera aun no llegaba la pieza y que esperara la llamada la cual nunca recibi la tercer semana despues de bastantes llamadas ya que ellos nunca me llamaron por fin llego y para colmo me cobraron mas del presupuesto que me hicieron por telefono al inicio! una mala experiencia!

Super satisfecho con ellos. Lo primero su pagina web, clara y concisa. Les pedi un estimado para cambiar la pantalla de mi Windows Phone Lumia 1020, un cell muy peculiar y Leo me dio un estimado al instante. Estaba pensando en comprarme uno nuevo, pero me convencio. Lo deje en la tienda por la manana y en unas horas ya estaba listo. Muy amables y eficientes. Nunca encontre algo asi en Miami. Muy recomendable

Sweet ending to what I thought ended badly. As always Frank, Leo and the rest of the team are always friendly and provide excellent customer service. I previously left a negative review about product quality without affording the team the opportunity to correct the problem. Fui a CPR los últimos días de mis vacaciones para que me arreglaran mi celular en tiempo record Leo y todo su equipo buscaron la parte que le hacia falta a mi celular. La atención es genial y volvería si tuviera otro problema. Son muy dedicados y su trabajo es maravilloso.

My experience is that my cell phone wasnt working and the screen was red. In Haiti I was told that when your screen is red it means that the cell needs to be thrown away meaning cannot di anything. I tvld with it in Fla on may 18 2016, and my son brought it the CPR center in downtown Miami and the made a miracle out of it with no promising and no warranty, they told me to manage it until I change it because I had told them that I was changing my cell in Dec 2016.It has been already 10 months and my cell is perfectly fine .Thanks to CPR

Fui a cambiar el vidrio roto de un S6 edge. Me dijeron que se cambiaba con pantalla incluida (es mas caro). Al parecer solo le cambiaron el vidrio y lo hicieron mal. El vidrio empezo a romperse del lado de adentro por estar mal puesto.

Always go to CPR for any issue I have with my phone 4 months ago I was there I couldnt hear when receiving calls in 15 minutes my phone was back to normal like nothing happen mind you I went to Apple and they had told me that I need to buy a new phone ? and most of the time they always fix the issue on the Spot !!! You gotta visit that place ...I live all the way in Fort-Lauderdale and I rather drive an hour to go there !!! Amazing job guys !!! Keep up the good work!!!

Went in with my iPhone 6 that was not receiving a charge, even after I tried cleaning it out. They said its a common problem and its very easy for lint and dirt to get stuck in there. Chris took a look and cleaned it out more, and I was in and out within 5 minutes with no more charging issues on my phone. All for no charge! Definitely bringing my phone here if I run into any further issues. Thanks CPR Downtown Miami!

I would recommend this place to anyone if you need your laptop fixed. They provide great customer service and they are quick. Ive gone to other electronic repair store and CPR is the best!! Both my husband and I needed our laptop fixed and the tech Leo made our day. We thought all of our pictures were lost but thanks to him we were able to retrieve all of our family pictures. Great place!

I went to different phone repair shop, honestly they all said it was best to buy a new phone and get rid of it because the motherboard was hit. Then I kept searching and found CPR. In less then 24h I had my phone back. I dont know what did or how, didnt ask. im still using it. its been more then 6 months now. I strongly recommend you CPR Downtown Miami. its not like the others.

My Samsung Galaxy S6 Edges screen broke back in October. I was visiting Miami and found CPR after going to several places. It has been almost 6 months, and I have not had any issues with my screen nor my phone. Frank and Leo were of great help! I love that the store was always clean and how fast the service was. This place is so conveniently located. The store is nice, clean and professional and the customer service is great. The manager Leo is extremely helpful and he got my phone done within 30 minutes. My phone is my LIFE so I was super grateful. If youre in the downtown area just go to these guys theyre great and you can trust them. A very good bunch of people.

Manager and assistant manager were extremely polite and treated you like a guest...not just a customer! Dropped off phone to get screen and lcd replaced..... In a few hours it was done. Store was busy too at the time. I would definitely go back fpr any problem with my phone...... Simply because of the way they treat everyone walking in the door.
