BAD BAD BAD.... The man who helped me was completely rude and disconnected from knowing what customer service is all about. About 60 days ago I had them replace the cracked screen on one of my phones for $100.00. After about 30 days I noticed the screen functions were not responding as they should but due to business travel I could not get back there until the following month which was of course no problem because there was a one year warranty on their work. Well when I finally did get back to the store they took the phone apart and realized the part they sold me and installed was in fact defective. He admitted loud and clear it was their fault. However, they said that the phone showed signs of moisture inside and thus it voided the warranty and it was going to cost another $50. The phone NEVER EVER was near water or any moisture, the kid said here in Florida almost all phones have moisture due to humidity and with a defective screen it was inevitable. So very calmly I said, "So your screen that you sold me was defective, as a result moisture built up inside the phone and you wont cover it"? He said no, I called the manager who was even more discourteous said there was nothing he could do. So in the end, I paid $100 for a defective screen they admitted, yet they did not have the professional courtesy to fix the screen. So frustrating dealing with people who just dont care. I have sent over 8 of my employees there over the past year to get phone repairs and now with the awful manner in how they handled my situation, Im telling everyone NEVER to go there because since then I have heard of others who were told the same exact excuse about moisture. It is a loop hole they use and its just criminal in my opinion.

I use an iPad for work and recently, my nephew dropped it down the stairs a few weeks ago, and I was pretty sure that it was destroyed. My sister mentioned to me that she would replace it, but knew of a place I could take it that might be able to repair it. I looked up iFixYouri in Palm Beach and gave them a call. They were friendly and professional and let me know that their technicians could take a look at it. They seemed confident that they would be able to repair it, which I was thrilled about. I took it over to them that day, and lo and behold, they were able to replace the screen and get it back up and running for me. They have parts for Apple products, so it was an easy fix and I happily didnt lose anything that was on my iPad. Im glad that I didnt have to replace my iPad as well. They did a great job and were fast and reasonably priced. Now that it has been a few weeks since the repair, Im confident that I wont see any residual issues. It looks and functions as good as new. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a smartphone or tablet disaster on their hands!

These guys are fantastic. Last year, my iPhone 4 went through the wash, and sat there overnight. I thought it was a goner, and so I left it in a bag of rice for 2 months. Then I heard about iFixYouri, and figured I had nothing to lose. They were PHENOMENAL. Not only did they fix my phone within one week, I was totally amazed that all of the data was still there, with no problems. Well, my poor phone got doused again just 2 weeks ago. I contact iFixYouri and sent them the phone. Again, they fixed it perfectly, within a week. I am floored. I thought for sure that the second time around would be the death of the phone. They were courteous, professional and prompt with all correspondence. Best of all, I still have my original phone, with all the data intact. Oh, and the price? Very, very inexpensive compared to buying a new iPhone, and actually cheaper than insurance. I no longer bother with insuring my iPhone for damage, because I am confident that iFixYouri will save me money if I ever need to use them again. Thank you!!!

Watch out. These guys promise refunds if the repair for a battery does not work and then they do not give you the refund. It took them one hour and half to replace the battery. When I got home I notice that there were two screws missing and the new battery never recharged. I opened my iphone and there were connectors disconnected. I connected them back and had to put some tape since the connector seamed to have been forced. After that the battery charged back but the iphone was back to its initial behaviour of fequently disconnecting. So since I was promissed a refund I went back to get the refund for the brand new battery and was very surprised that the promie wasnt honored. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU. They didnt even want to hear what I was saying. Obviously the person that was there this saturday was not the same that promised the refund. BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!!

This place is an absolute mess. I dropped a lap top off for a battery repair and a slow operating system. A week goes by and I got no phone call. I call in and they said the first vendor they purchased a battery from could not fulfill the order. Instead of calling me and giving me an update, they did nothing. So when I called and found this out, we ordered a new battery. Then they said it will be ready 10 days after drop off. I go in and was told they now need to order a 2nd part to bring the operating system back to full speed. Why this was not done off the bat I dont know. I call the store 4 days later, again, no call from Ifixyouri, and they say it is now ready for pick up. I picked it up 14 days later, and the operating system has not been fixed. What an absolute joke. I highly suggest you use anybody but this company.

By no means am I one of those people who writes bad reviews just out of spite, however I have to say that when someone screws up a $800 piece of equipment, its frustrating. I brought in my iPad 2, which had a cracked screen from one time that i dropped it. it was nice to hear that it would only take 24hours, but when I came to pick it up, they had cracked my 3G antenna and looks like a burned spot on the plastic too. when I expressed that I wanted this to be completely fixed, they said theres no factory backings to the iPad 2 sold. So if I wanted it fixed, I would have to get some crappy backing and it wouldnt look the same. Needless to say, they devalued my iPad by about $100 and only tried to give me $50 off the repair. Thats BS. Save yourself and look for another apple repair place.

I dont know how they get decent reviews, my iphone has been in there twice and its still not fixed and my step daughters ipod went in with a broken screen and came out with a new screen that kept falling off. When we brought the ipod back in for the screen to be reattached they burned out the main board then tried to pawn off a repaired unit as a refurbished unit as an offering. I dont want somebody elses headache, if you ruined the unit you need to replace it with a new or a certified refurbished NOT somebodys broken unit that you fixed and called it refurbished. I will NEVER do business with them again and will make sure everybody knows that and why. In my opinion the owner of this business needs to learn business before he is out of business.
