I have had my phone repaired in the past at other Dr Phone Fix locations & this is by far the MOST customer friendly location I have come across. Terry really went above & beyond to correct an ongoing problem I was experiencing with my S5, & dropped my phone off personally to me at work. I was pleasantly unexpected that I got my phone back, dropped off, fixed like new (By Carloss great work) BEFORE 12pm let alone before I had to even think to make a call. -Thanks North Miami Beach Dr. Phone Fix Team!!!! xoxoxo KJS

They replace my IPhone 5 screen 2 times and never work properly if you have a little bit of sweeting in your finger the screen going crazy the start tapping all the latter by themselves, they use a super cheap stuff you never use this places to replace your screen if you go to the Apple Store you going to spend a bit more but is 100 % guaranteed the is going to work perfect.

These guys did a great job replacing the badly cracked glass screen on my Galaxy S5. And they did it for a very fair price, and most importantly, they did it in a few hours while I waited. Every other place I called wanted 24 to 30 hours to do the job. Theres no way I could be completely without my phone for a day or two...! Thanks again Carlos, Travis and Terry!

Just got my iPhone 6s screen repaired this Saturday and they did a great job. When I walked in, someone greeted me right away, they were friendly and the store manager Carlos came out and greeted me as well. Fast and straightforward, it took them no more than 30 minutes and when I came back my phone looked brand new. Would recommend anyone to go here!

What a great company they did an amazing job on my screen at an affordable price. I called them a day later because I had been having issues with my charge port and instead of them telling me to bring it in and be charged for a service they told me over the phone how to remedy the problem. I will be a repeat customer!!!!

My boyfriend cracked the screen on his iPhone 6 plus. Called them around 7:30 and made it there before 8pm even though they said they would wait for us to get there. Not only did they fix it in less than 30 mins, they stayed open late just to do it. Awesome customer service. I will definitely recommend their service.

I recently got my cracked iPhone screen replaced at Dr phone fix and I have to say I will not return. Theyre overly expensive. They replace parts with cheap parts that Brake easily. I would not recommend anyone get any service done there...
