I have been a client of Classic Computer Repair for about 10 years. I have brought two computers from them and have had many repairs done by them. THEY HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL! They have always given me several options in how to solve the issues I was having. Their prices are very reasonable! And the turnaround time is very quick! They never try to push me in doing anything that will cost too much and are always quick to tell me it isnt worth it, saving me money and time! If you need computer advise they are the ones to go to. They are free with their advise and very knowledgeable. I love to support "mom and pop" business and will go to them first before anyone else. I moved about one hour away from their shop and drive pass the local computer repair place near me to have them do work for me. They are the BEST! I am a very loyal customer.

I know I already wrote a review for Classic Computer repair, but I just got back a computer they worked on for me and I was very, very happy with the results! I had 3 laptops. Two were very old and one was rather new. One just needed to be recycled, one had a cord issue that couldnt be repaired and had all my data on it and the new one was slow.They recovered my data , put it on the newer computer and made it faster! It even has the new Windows on it. I even had a funky cover I wanted put on the new computer and they transfer it! I dont think there is anything they cant do. I will be starting Graduate School (online) this Summer and I now have a computer I can count on for my classes. Thank you Classic Computer Repair. I will go to them first for all my computer needs!

Dropped off my sons PC on a Thursday to get a new power switch. Nothing else. Just a power switch. Was told he would call me. Monday arrived, and no word yet, so I stopped in. Told me it would be done by the end of the week? (nobody called me to quote me a price?). Well....Friday rolled around and still no word, so I stopped in yet again. "He hasnt called you?" At this point, I just want my computer back for my son. 8 days with them, it was sitting there apart, and they couldnt either fix it or call me? Pathetic

I own a small business and my PC is vital to the running of my company. So when I called Classic Computer I was hoping for a quick fix. Unfortunately, the processor ended up being fried and they werent able to save it. However, they did back everything up and only charged me $89, even though they spent hours/days trying to get it working correctly. I would recommend them highly for their integrity!

This place should not be in business. What an absolute disgrace! I needed a new plug for a computer so I bought it from them and a week later it went bad. They refused to replace it. The girl who owns the business was very rude and unprofessional. WARNING: Do Not Have Your Computer Fixed Here.
