I am a repeat customer. I wandered into their store about a year ago after moving into the area. I was very impressed with the staff and bought a laptop from them. last week I took my laptop back after my son downloaded a virus and the computer started crashing. After testing my computer they called and notified me what was the best options. They offered to back up and save any important files, pictures, or whatever i wanted before fixing the problem. I have to say that I was pleased with the service and my computer is working like new again. If you need help with a computer problem or looking for another computer there is no better place to go. My laptop recently stopped working. It was older and used every day. Even though it was beyond repair Marshall was a life saver, He retrieved all of my data and pictures from the computer which was irreplaceable, I recently had a baby and was using the computer to store all my pictures. He was very kind and courteous. The prices are very reasonable, much better than the large retailers. He also said he would recommend another lap top when I was ready to buy another. I cant thank him enough for saving all my memories. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Having been both a customer and an employee of CCS I am qualified to give an objective review. From the moment you enter the store you are treated as a person not an object. The crew there do their utmost to solve any issue thats presented, and give you the best solution without picking your pocket. In response to an earlier review from a disgruntled employee, as an employee you are paid for the work you do and given support when you need it. I am very grateful and indebted for the opportunity I was given when working at CCS.

It is really a great place !!! My son had massed off his iPad which I took to several places to fix it. But I could not negotiate with the price they going to charge to fix it. Finally I found Commonwealth Computer Services in which I found very good technician who are able to fix it in very reasonable price. The price they charged me is below my expectation. So if you are wondering for the same go straight to CCS and let them fix and enjoy the services they provided. Thank you Commonwealth Computer Services TEAM.

Customer services was terrible! I was told my computer would be ready in three days. So on the forth day, I called to check the status of my computer. And I was informed that a customer was in the store and my call would be return. I never received a call back. I went up there the following day and the person working had his back turn to entrance. After 30 seconds without being acknowledge, I said Good Morning and his reply: "Ill be with you in a minute". #The first and last time they received my business.

TOP NOTCH COMPUTER SHOP IN ROANOKE!!!! COMMONWEALTH HANDS DOWN IS THE MOST COST EFFICIENT, DETAIL ORIENTED, THROUROUGH COMP SHOP IN TOWN AND SURROUNDING AREAS!!! Have had 8 computers to them by now and they have performed all work professionally. They have a satisfied customer here. Only had one misunderstanding regarding what was needed to be done on a laptop and the Owner called me up personally to assure me that it was being taken care of and apologized for the mix up. I really appreciated the fact that she reached out and took the extra time to make sure it was resolved. Cant ask for anything more than that.

i just visited Commonwealth Computer Services to get a cord for my laptop i travelled from Europe and needed a power lead. i was met with a very friendly assistant and when i explained my needs they were so helpful and did not even charge me anything as i had come a long way. i think that anyone in the Roanoke & surrounding area will have a tough job to find a better & more helpful team. i certainly would come here for all my needs when in this area

Dropped by to inquire about having a Bluetooth headset repaired and experienced a first class business that considers their customers satisfaction their first priority. I have now found myself a home for all my computer and electronic repair needs. He was friendly, helpful, and very responsive even though he was buried in work already and I wanted something out of the ordinary done. What a great place. I sent my iPad to them when my daughter broke the charger off inside of it. They fixed it cheaper than anyone else I could find locally. As a matter of fact they repaired it and sent it back faster than the local repair place said it would take just for them to look at it. Thanks Commonwealth crew. Excellent job 5 stars.

These people are WONDERFUL! They are honest and will give you the very best deal they can. I am so happy with their work, this is my second time going to them and will always come to them. Service you can rely on by people you can trust...at a fair price! Where do you get that anymore these days!

The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable; especially the owner Katherine. They charge reasonable rates. Also, they repaired my computer quickly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Roanoke because of their pricing; an service. There was also a free diagnosis of the problem.
