I brought my iPhone 6 in for a battery replacement after reading great reviews on Google. I have not had any battery issues since. However, after getting my phone back and taking it home, I noticed a small blue spot on the screen that would not go away. Thinking that this had something to do with the battery replacement, I took my phone back the next day. The person at the front desk told me that this likely happened due to "improper seating" when the phone was put back together after replacing the battery. He offered to look at it and fix it at no charge, so I accepted. The blue spot issue was repaired. Days later, I noticed issues with the ear speaker- I was not able to hear people when I used the phone without a headset! Also, the selfie camera did not work. Since both of these components are close to each other, I figured something happened during the "blue spot" fix. I took my phone in a third time and when I went to pick it up, the person at the front desk told me that during the repair for the blue spot issue, my screen had been replaced and that I was "lucky" for not being charged for the screen replacement. Apparently screen replacements are special here in that they void the guarantees the Rotten Apples makes about workmanship. I am happy that my battery issues are gone but I am not happy that I had to take my phone in three times and that I was told I was "lucky" for not getting charged for something that was not my fault. Be cautious about giving your phone to this place- the third time I went there, they had a "Help Needed" sign out front stating that they are "willing to train the right people." I got the impression that anyone could walk in with no experience and potentially be "repairing phones" in a short amount of time.

This business employs true MIRACLE WORKERS and I am not exaggerating!!! My daughters phone took a ride off of a roller coaster on a school field trip and the prognosis just looking at it was NOT good. The screen was cracked obviously, but it was also lifted off of the front AND the whole phone was bent. I took it out there and Kaleb surveyed the damage. He was skeptical but willing to give it a shot. After a few hours, we got a call from Natalie and the phone was in fact working! It required some repair other than just the screen, but considering how badly it was damaged, the price was reasonable. Kaleb was personable, professional, and sympathetic to our plight. Natalie thoroughly explained what she did to bring the phone back to life, leaving us grateful and impressed. I had never had the need for these amazing people before our roller coaster crisis, but I would highly recommend them and will return if we need them, although I do hope that wont be too soon.

The service that I received at Rotten Apples was quite honestly second to none. I brought in my brand new IPad that I accidentally dropped and cracked the screen. The repair was performed not only in a timely manner, but the IPad was returned in mint condition, basically brand new again. The team also recommended and walked me through some best practices for every day use of the IPad (battery longevity, routine maintenance, ICloud storage, photo stream etc.) I strongly recommend anyone that has a mobile device issue or anything related, stop in to Rotten Apples. I originally brought my phone back for a screen repair. When I received it after the repair, everything seemed fine. Once I got home I realized I had a missed call from a friend and discovered that my vibration no longer worked. After calling them, they said it was a common issue and to bring it back in and they will take care of it. So I brought it back, and everything was fine for only a week, then the screen came up. So I took it back, again, and they replaced the screen entirely. Once I got home I discovered a green dot in my screen when I have a dark colored screen on. Also, when I open my camera now it makes a high pitches squealing and vibrating. So now, my 4th time going out to get it repaired. And its no quick trip either.

I just wanted to write this review to say how pleased I was with rotten apples service. Nicole and Greg were able to repair by new iPod that had a cracked screen and save me $300 that I would have spent buying a new one. I highly recommend their service to anyone who has a problem with any apple device they might have. They provided great customer service and a quick turnaround. My 13th year old son broke his phone for the first time on Friday. He called the store to ask advice and was treated really well- not like a pain in the butt kid! We made an appointment for the next day and my elderly aunt brought him and his phone to the store. He was very pleased with the results and the cost was very reasonable. $75 non-refundable liquid cleaning for mac that didnt work which I understand since he said it was 50/50. It was more the promised timing to have it done most likely next day. Next day no call. Following day called late morning and was promised to be called back in the afternoon for pick-up, already 6:30pm (closes at 7pm) and no one has yet called, so had to call myself. It still needed to be put back together and can pick it up next morning. So three days from drop off.

Really quick and easy service. My phones screen was so badly broken that my fingers bled when I texted. Fixed it up good as new, not a scratch on it. Great job! UPDATE JULY 23 2017: They fixed my keyboard and also fixed my life! They did a fantastic job on something I thought was so far gone, after having been broken for two years. Great service and a great second visit!

Excellent service. I had the battery replaced my my 5s about 6 months ago and when it acted up they replaced it for free, while at the same time helping me with another phone that had a stuck SIM card, also for free. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
