I have an annual service agreement with Geek Squad and tried to schedule an appointment for an agent to visit my home to assist me with my wireless network system at home. Now I am being told that they do not have agent for our area anymore and that I have to try another third party provider. When I asked about the annual service fee that I am paying for a service that is basically non-existent I was told by the customer service agent that there is nothing that she could do about it.

Could not get help from any best buy employee. When i did they were not helpful. The store is not well-stocked or clean. Go to the other Best Buy in North Charleston.

Excellent speedy service. Fixed a problem that 2 remote service companies did not fix and fixed in 15 minutes. Hooray for the Geek Squad.
