I personally did not have the experience others have had in the review section. I called ahead about assessing what my options were for my s6 phone not charging. The person on call assured me it was a battery issue, and that they would order in the required part (replacement battery) within 2-3 days, and fix the phone day of in about 2 hours. Great! Got an email soon after saying that the repair is done and my phone is ready for pickup. Great. After coming back to pick up my phone, I saw the upper part of the front screens paint off; leaving a very ugly unaesthetic look. Whatever. I knew beforehand that some damage to the phone could be done during repairs, and if my phone works Ill be more than grateful to review 5 stars regardless (plus they knocked off 10% from half of the original cost). I turn the phone on and attempted to charge it with a portable charger. The phone didnt charge, and I ask them what the deal is. (Side note: At this point, they already told me the repair engineer signed off on the phone being fixed; the guy at the front went back to talk to the engineer, and I overheard them saying something along the lines of "I tried charging it, and it was very spotty, but I just decided to signed off on it anyways etc.". If the staff just told me in the email that my phone wasnt charging properly to begin with, or fixed entirely, I wouldnt wouldnt even bother leaving a review; that would mean they tried and failed and things like that happen. The main reason why I decided to leave this review is that they had the audacity to try and charge me an additional ~$100 to try and replace the charging port instead. Not only did the staff I was talking mention about the 60-day warranty not applicable to this situation after paying (literally one minute before he brought my phone out), the staff in general clearly lied to me about my phone not working. They tried to compensate by taking 50% off the half of the cost of the battery, but at this point, I was frustrated and just decided to leave. tl:dr They emailed my phone was fixed, it was not; Overheard engineer saying he signed off on my phone being repaired anyway even though he knew it wasnt charging properly. Dont like being lied to, especially when Im standing 5 ft away.

Honestly the worst experience Ive had. This is my first review ever, on anything. I took in an iPhone 5s to get repaired. It had a broken screen. Well, all is well and good. Take my phone in, they say about an hour or so, great! I left work early so I could get this done. Come back, still not done. That is fine, no worries. Finally get my phone right before the close and hm... thats weird, the vibration doesnt work? Well they say bring it in, and theyll fix it. Perfect! I go there, wait an hour, come back, and they say "Hey, sorry, we dont have the part. They said theyll order it. All right, fine. Now I just waisted TWO trips here. Fast forward about a week, I get a call. They say the part is in, I take it in and say itll be about an hour. PERFECT. Well, go there, some guy goes "hey, let me see, this might just be part of glass in the vibration area". He takes it back, two minutes. Fixes the vibration issue. Fantastic, Im on my way after three visits. Should have been a one stop deal. I get home, again, the top left hand corner (where the vibration switch is) keeps popping off! If it pops off, the phone doesnt vibrate. If I push it down, it works as normal. I call, AGAIN, and they say bring it in. I told them I couldnt get there for a while, as I have work an other commitments. Well, turns out I shouldnt have waited. Somehow, the screen ended up cracking RIGHT where it kept coming loose. Now Ive had iPhone screens crack before after dropping, and Ive never seen a shatter like this, from just being normal use. I dont even know how it cracked as it was never dropped. Im assuming they use very low quality screens. Will absolutely never be back. Honestly, worst service I have ever had. So bad I decided that I need to write a review, which I have never done. Hopefully this saves other people.

So I went to this store for repair of a broken screen. I was told on the phone that they had the screen available. I rushed from work to get there in 40 minutes and I specifically told them that I was coming over. When I arrived, I was told they no longer had the screen, because they gave it to another customer. Wow. I insisted that I had called less than an hour ago to ensure the screen was there. They told me that "I didnt pay a deposit, and unless you pay a deposit they wont hold a screen for you." Wow. The guy I spoke to on the phone did not even apologize for this situation or seem even remotely sorry. They told me that a screen could be ordered in 3-5 days. I walked out of the store. The manager must have overheard this conversation. He came running out and told me they could overnight the screen. I was told that it would arrive between 10 AM-12 PM the following day, and that it would only take an hour to repair. I arrived to the store at 2 PM. They had not even started working on the screen and were not even apologetic about the situation. In business, a man is as good as his word. That is not a new adage. I think the manager of this store is great and gets how good customer service is done, but his employees certainly need some help with this.

Weve had mixed experiences with them. They have repaired iPhones for us twice and just recently my Nexus 5. The iPhone repairs all went OK and the charges were reasonable. The interactions regarding the Nexus 5 were problematic. I was quoted a screen repair price over the phone of $179. This seemed like the going rate (theyre expensive to repair), so I was fine. They wanted a $75 deposit. Also fine. Two complaints: 1) last night when I went to drop off the phone and pay the balance, they tried to charge me $320 instead of $179. I almost signed off without noticing; the guy really should have mentioned something to me since thats almost the cost of a new phone. Then I had to enter a complicated discussion which should not have been necessary. 2) when my wife picked up the phone today, they had no record that I signed off on the charge last night. My wife charged it to her card. Now we will need to watch closely to make sure that they dont charge my card and that they charge her card the correct amount. Annoying. Id use with caution.

Do NOT go there if you need an Android repair, they do not know what they are doing especially with newer phones. I cracked the screen on my MotoZ Droid and brought it in for repair. It cost $300 and took 5 days because they had to order parts and do not carry them in stock. Once I picked up my "fixed" phone a few hours later the screen started to peel off from the phone body because they did not glue it down properly. I took it back in again and one of the "technicians" damaged the motherboard while attempting to glue the screen back down. The damage was irreversible and I lost all the data on phone. They said they would replace the device with a new phone but a week later when I went to pick up my "new" phone it turned out to be a refurbished device with scratches on the screen. In summary, it took nearly a month, $300, countless trips to their store, and loosing all my saved data to get a phone back in working condition. Would not recommend this place to anyone with an Android phone.
