I broke my iphone 6 screen recently and looked all over town for someone to fix it at a cheaper price than my phone carrier or the apple store. I ended up here at CPR. They offered a coupon that would allow me to get my screen fixed and a rate I could actually afford. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly associate. He worked with me on the price since more damage was done to my phone than I realized. I am very happy I chose CPR. While I hope to never have to see them again unless Im buying a new screen protector, I would recommend anyone with cracked screens on any device to come see them. They cant be beat.

Fast but they use cheap parts and will try to find anyway to void the "lifetime" warranty. Had screen replaced and ended up with more problems backlight was bleeding and even an air bubble underneath the glass of my display. When I took it back the third time to speak with manager, he couldnt see anything wrong with the phone the other guy tried to explain the air bubble was caused by the screw from the inside. They fix the air bubble to their credit but they made sure to let me know they were doing me a huge favor. Only giving them fives so maybe they wont erase this review

I will never go here again. I got my screen fixed here about a month ago and I had put a case on it as soon as he handed it back to me inside of the store and never took it off until the other day. When I did my screen was loose and lifted. When I took the case off I pulled the screen up also because of it being loose and coming off and it cracked. I took it to the store and all he could do is offer me a discount when I had just spent $130 to get it fixed beforehand. I would not recommend anyone going here. Ever.

This place is absolutely amazing. I managed to break my phone twice in a matter of two weeks, the second time a little more damaging than the first. Robert not only cut me a super sweet deal for being a return customer but also had my phone completely fixed and ready in less than an hour. Brand new screen, screen protector and completely fixed my LCD to brand new. A HUGE shout out to these guys. Definitely the best deal around for phone repair

I had an overall great experience with CPR. Everyone I dealt with that was working there was very professional. The work being done to my phone was finished in half the time they estimated it to be. They even gave me a free screen protector because I chose them over other alternatives. The prices we very reasonable when going with third party repairs, and the whole process went very smoothly. The two people working were very nice and helpful... the problem is my phone doesnt seemed to be synced or something. It randomly goes to different spot, freezes every other time I try typing or opening an app. For the $260.00 dollars I spent I would expect my phone to work better then it did before. It worked better with a cracked screen then it does now! It was even frustrating typing this on my phone!

Luke was very friendly and fixed cracked screen in less then two hours! Aron was very helpful and knowledgeable. He fix my computer viruse in a very timely manner. This place was surprisingly super cheap and everyone was very friendly and helpful, and if they can cut you a deal then theyll actually try and apply it! I will definitely be telling everyone about this place :)

Since my phone had the misfortune of taking a ride on the outside of a car, the screen needed serious repair. Not only did Luke and the genius team there repair the screen same day (and in only 2 hours) they were kind, courteous, and sympathetic to my plight. Excellent service! If ever I lose mind again and hurt my phone, Ill be a repeat customer asap!

Highly recommend. Repair (iphone 5s) was done fast and less expensive than most places. Tech also looked at another phone of ours (5s) that apple had diagnosed with swollen batter that needed replacing ($80 at apple). Tech said problem is not battery and phone is fine, and even if battery did need replacing, CPR would do it for $40.

They are very nice. They are also pretty quick too. I had to take my phone here twice. My phone was originally cracked and they replaced the screen. Well the screen kept freezing so I took it back and they replaced it again. So far no issues. I am so glad to have my phone fixed. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

I went in to replace the glass on my iPhone 6plus. They were cheaper than other places I had visited and had it done within a few hours! Another store told me it would be a week to replace it! The employees were exceptionally nice and informative and I would recommend anyone I know to go to CPR in Greensboro.

I paid $266 dollars to have a screen replaced... they said it has "limited warranty" ./. lasted less than a week before it went black again.. and they want to charge another $200!!! give me a break!
