Yall, lemme tell you about these dope people. So these guys really killed it at the customer service. I was originally building a machine myself, but upon completion, it caught fire (it wasnt my fault, Im not a noob, calm down). I replaced the case through the manufacteror. This had been a whole thing to begin with so I was honestly over it. I decided to let the professionals handle it this time. Guess what! It caught fire again with these boys (told you it wasnt me). It turns out the case I ordered was manufactured incorrectly. The review I wrote for them isnt as fantastic as this one, I assure you. I was pretty bummed because it was the lead for the RGB kit on the machine, and I was attracted to the case for that feature (among others). Yall. These patient people. It took all three dudes that work there scratching their heads in puffs of vape smoke to figure out what was happening but they fixed it. They pulled some stuff apart, soldered some stuff together, heat shrunk that b, and bingo bango, I now have a bangin machine. I offered to buy them Cook Out because they were so amazing and they refused. They just wanted a good Google review. Dont be mean to them. Retail sucks. Theyre doing their best. Obv. <3

Had two case fans and a power supply die on me, needed parts and the computer back up and working FAST! We have used Intrex in the past when we are in a pinch and have never been let down. I took the dead power supply and fans in the store with me. Billy greeted me enthusiastically and new exactly what I needed for replacements. He did not endeavor to sell me something I didnt need or want but took the time to listen to what I needed and give me the product that fulfilled my need. He took the extra step to make sure that the fans were the correct size and each had the appropriate molex/romex adapters for my case. He did the same when giving me options for power supplies. I got the fans and power supply installed once I got back to work and now were back in business. Thanks to Billy and keep up the good work!

Called looking for a pcie Ethernet adapter for windows 10 due to performance issues Im having with my onboard gigabit Ethernet card. I asked before I drove over if they had one. I was told yes but after coming their cards were older models for windows 8. No specific driver available. While a generic driver would function, it would not have the proper performance. Now I have a wasted drive and will just wait for my internet order to arrive. Cost is less, tech is newer. Intrex has been a great place in the past when I needed a quick fix, but it appears they are not keeping up with tech anymore. If you ask my advice and you must if your still reading, just go to amazon or newegg and be done with it.

Im not exactly a nerd, but I do know more than the average person when it comes to comptuers. I know enough to know that these guys give you straight talk. I often ask them for advice on products and they never steer me wrong. Can you get it cheaper on line or in a "big box" store? Proabably, but you might not get exactly what you need. I like a little bit of tech support and advice with my product, thank you. They are just as happy to sell me a $5 cable as they are to sell me a new computer system. Computers are all they do. You cant buy a wide-screen TV or dishwasher there. So the staff knows their products very well.

BEST LOCAL PC SHOP AROUND !!!!! Ive delt with alot of companies for many years doing my own hobby home based computer repairs. Big box stores not only have no idea what they are talking about more than half the time instock items and good pricing are unheard of. I found this place more than 10 yrs ago and Im more than willing to drive across town to get service and pricing I cannot only depend on but cant be beat by any big box out there. Love these guys and gals.

Excellent service and assistance when I took my laptop for repair. It turns out, my hard drive was shot, but Intrex replaced it for a reasonable charge and had it ready to go in just three days. When I asked a question as I was checking out, the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased with Intrex!

CPU fans die on me, as well as bad RAM!!! which cause my window crashed. While I am good a blue screen code look up: I could not figure out why until I take to Centrix . Their price seem FAIR since my desktop is top of the line. Over all good work !! fast services and now my desk top is back up and running!!! A+

Called to ask some questions and upon getting some information, the guy abruptly says, "Got to go. Bye," and hung up without asking if he had answered my questions. Needless to say, I will never do buisness at the Battleground location, and for that matter, the company ever.

I am glad they are in business and convenient to me, but I have to stifle my laughter at some of the customers who pay $200 or more for repairs. This is 2016, just get a new pc for goodness sake or view a youtube video on how to fix your problem.

Had a simple problem that they were able to fix. Under the impression that if I went to one of the big box stores they would have been able to fix it as well but would have been more expensive and taken more time. Thanks for you help Intrex.

My computer had a broken hard drive and I gave it to them on a Tuesday and it was finished on Thursday. It was a little expensive but that was mainly the parts and labor. I was pleasantly surprised with the diagnostic being only $50.00.

Very good computer shop. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought some parts for my computer build. They also fixed my grandparents computer witch had missing os files. Highly recommend this place.
