Finally, finally Some one that is honest and incredibly knowledgeable. I took my computer to several popular chains and they had not a clue, said they would have to send it out. On a whim I took it to this little place on the fringes of Munhall and West Homestead. the man behind the counter was Eric Mattey. He could have taken me for hundreds of dollars for my computer with the info on it was worth a lot of money to repair. I thought my hard drive had crashed. He told me that my Windows was corrupted and it would cost about $140 to fix. I had him add 2 gigs of memory and a new DVD R/WR along with the fix because of his demeanor I trusted him from the get-go. He also sold me a system that detects spy-ware for about $40 bucks and it found things that my Norton did not see,great investment. Pleasant, honest,incredibly component, what else could one ask for. Had a problem with my video card when I took it home because I tried to fix it first and caused problems and called him up and a half hour later he had my goof up fixed for free. Forget these chain companies with there pimple faced know it all that could not find their butts with both hands and if you have a problem take it to a competent honest man, RIGHT HERE IN MUNHALL.! I would travel two hours for a place like that reeks with competence. Like the old days, honest, on the ball and some one you would like as a friend. I am so grateful to him for getting it right and not taking advantage of my limited knowledge. A fix somewhere else would have cost you an incredible amount of money. Deal with an honest man and you will tell your friends and he will prosper. Bless him. John

This is place is a great place very trustful, my computer had crashed and would not even come on Eric had looked at the computer and found that it was still under warrenty, and made all the arrangements for Dell to come out to fix the computer. When the computer was still having issues i went back down and Eric checked again and informed me it was still the problem from dell, so I called again, and dell has finally fixed the problem. They answered all my questions and helped with everything, i would definally refer them to all my family and friends. Thanks Computer Troubleshooters for all your help.

Jeff is one of those computer nerds that is not at ALL nerdy. He is so responsive and such a fountain of knowledge that you cant help but trust his guidance - then when you see how reasonable his prices are compared to the BIG box repair houses youll fall in love all over again. I highly recommend Jeff and his company for any computer issues!
