At first, I thought that Everything Computers did a great job. They replaced my inverter so my computer worked fine...for a few months...and it died again after the 90 day warranty expired. I took it back because they said they would fix it again and give me a discount. Well...guess what just happened...inverter supposedly died again. I called because I moved to Charleston, and they said you can ship it to us and we will fix it a third time at cost. First, they apparently fixed the symptoms rather than a problem. Rather than acknowledging that they didnt fix the problem, they antagonized me with "OH SO YOU"RE A COMPUTER TECHNICIAN NOW?!?" No Im not, but the same problem happened 3 times within a year, in which I paid them to fix. They said that my 90 warranty was out for 3 months again...and I was like Im pretty sure the technician said he gave me a six month warranty and magically, my warranty was out for a year instead. Apparently they dont read their records correctly. I asked for reimbursement for my second time there and they refused...any other company would refund it because they didnt fix the actual problem twice. I found out what the actual problem was from a company in Charleston. They were able to do it in less than 30 minutes at my place of work. They also did it pro bono because I had such a difficult time with Everything Computers. So apparently there are companies out there that actually care about customer service and satisfaction. Unfortunately Everything Computers is not one of them.

I was given a time to pick up computer - 1st time they did not have it ready so the next morning I went to pick it up at the time they gave me and no one was there- the store was locked (this at 10 am) They tried to to charge more than they quoted. They were unable to clone my hard drive so I had to pay for a new install of windows. Once I got my computer back I had to install over 200 security updates. For what I paid I would have expected an up to date install of windows. There is no excuse for this. I found several garbage programs added to my computer without my consent or knowledge. A lot of time was wasted uninstalling junk programs and updating windows. Not what I paid for The programs that I used and needed were not copied to new drive as promised. I asked for at least part of my money back they refused . I was not fool enough to let them do anything else so I took it somewhere else, I was not only able to get the old drive cloned but was able to get a better hard drive; all this for less than half of what everything computers charged. I was ripped off - dont let that happen to you.

Everything Computers SAVED my life! Being a writer, I use my flash drive constantly, and when it broke, I felt pure panic. Nearly a thousand pages & seven years of memory, gone, so I thought. My sister told me about Everything Computers in Surfside, she said they can fix anything & everything that has to do w/ computers. I took my broken flash drive in today 8/29/13 and spoke w/ Jerry. He said they were backed up & it might be tomorrow before he could take a look at it. I explained the situation & how desperate I was, & to please let me know a.s.a.p. Jerry called me within the hour and said he could fix it, it was going to take him about four hours. He explained to me what he had to do which was out of my realm of understanding. All I heard was he could fix it. I am sitting here tonight 8/29/13, breathing a sigh of relief w/ the seven years of memory off my broken flash drive, all saved a secure on my new replacement flash drive. If anyone needs anything to do w/ computers including purchasing one, this is the only place to go! Jerry, John & Mike thank you for everything, Bridget (Staceys sister)

This company is a joke. They have been telling me since Christmas that the iPad they destroyed has been shipped and on its way back to me. Apparently they deleted me Facebook post about the company. I wouldnt recommend anyone taking anything to this company. Suppose to be a few hour to repair a screen and 3 days later they finally confessed to burning up the iPad. Took it to a local guy where I live and he took pictures of the damage. Sent iPad back to them Nov. 2nd and havent been givin a straight answer since. Told me before Christmas it would ship the next day. Almost 2 weeks ago now I was told it for sure has been shipped, 2 WEEKS AGO!!!! Still no iPad.

They did a great job on my 6 year old laptop which was so slow and out of date. No one wanted to use this machine, even when it was new! ECguys upgraded the machine from Windows Vista Home Edition to Windows 7 and doubled the memory for a reasonable price. Its like getting a new laptop for less than half the cost. And they did this within 24 hours. Great service at a reasonable price. Ill be sure to bring them my business and recommend them to our friends. Thanks EC!

The guys at Everything Computers did an awesome job with my laptop. Very professional and diligent! They explained everything that was being done during the process and kept me in the loop when things might take some time. My very expensive paper wait (MacBook Pro) has been brought back to life! Thanks to John, Mike and any of the other guys who helped with Mac and Is laptop!

I was having trouble up loading Win 8.1 and I also was having a problem with malware. The guys in the shop did a good job cleaning up my HP tower and installing 8.1. Once I got it home I found out that the 8.1 up grade effected my printers. Once again the guys took care of my problems and now my PC and all functions are running well. Ill go back with any future problems.
