All questions I ask were answered, (and I had a lot of them). NEVER did they make me feel uncomfortable or uneducated in computers. I am a 60 year old novice when it comes to computers. Every time I call, I am treated with respect. On my first visit with them, I knew by the time I had left, that this would be my only computer place from now on. I am in and out of MUSC, my laptop is very important to me while I am there. PC R/X keeps me in tune! THANKX GUYS!!

I recently dropped an external hard drive and scratched the disk. I thought for sure the data was lost and I was sick. I decided to take it to PCRx a Myrtle Beach computer repair shop to see what they could do. They were very honest and upfront with me. Although they couldnt recover everything, they did record a large portion which was a relief. They have now setup an online backup that is affordable and easy. Thanks for saving my tail!

PCRx has turned out to be our one-stop computer shop. We own a local restaurant and they installed our point-of-sale system, manage our network, do our backups and even setup our website. We cant say enough about Ryan and his staff. They are professional and extremely responsive to our needs. As a business owner it is great to know we can count on them to be here when we have a problem. They have done a fantastic job.

I initially brought my dell in for a DC jack repair. After they fixed it and I paid them for the repair, I realized that now my keyboard no longer worked. I have never had problems out of it before, and I had to take it to someone else to fix as I go to college in a different city and needed my computer for work ASAP. I dont recommend this place. Very unprofessional.

Brought in my cell phone -broken screen. The tech was ready to leave. But, he stayed to fix my phone. They fixed it within 1/2 hr. And the price was great! Every where else they were charging over $200 on the beach. They are not looking to make a profit. I hope I dont break my phone again. But if I did I would go back. Thank you for explaining everything to me.

If there is anyone who can screw up a cell phone it is me. I dont know if I installed an app with a virus or what but I couldnt get it working. Finally I gave up and took to phone to PCRx. They have always helped us with our computers and this time they were a big help with my cell phone. Thanks guys
