These gentleman are exceptional. I had an issue with my phone so I brought it in, unfortunately they werent able to fix it as it was a manufacture defect. But they took the time to look and help anyway. So when I shattered my screen not long after that, they were the first place I came to. Ive also brought in my sons Ipads for repair. They are always super helpful and extremely nice and professional (AND VERY QUICK!!!!) Which as a busy Mom..those things are very important. I will not take my devices anywhere else! Ive also bought a few accessories from the store as well!

I shattered my iPad screen and called another store in Greensburg to get it fixed and they refused to help me as I tried to fix it myself and was unsuccessful. I walked into DigitalDoc and they took my shattered iPad and fixed it!!!!! Thank you so much!! Customer service was exceptional! Highly recommended!!

Couldnt be Happier. I brought my laptop in for repair. Granted it wast the most difficult issue, but the gentleman at the front desk patiently worked on my PC when it was his lunch break. When he was finished he told me there was no charge. I genuinely appreciate the act of kindness.
