Five trips to this store to get the camera fixed. The amount of miscommunication from employee to employee is ridiculous. We were initially told both parts I needed were on order, then they replaced one part, and tried handing it back to me, when I SHOWED THEM that it still didnt work, but apparently they never ordered the part I actually needed. Next time in, their only tech wasnt around to fix it (after the part had been shipped in), so i left my phone, only to HAVE TO CALL BACK MYSELF two hours later to find out they had misplaced the part I needed and could not physically locate it. I fly out to an important meeting in 4 hours and I do not have a working camera, which is necessity for this trip I am a Senior Materials Manager for the largest oil company in the world. I want to support local companies, but PA Connect has made it very difficult to do so.

I have had several phones, and devices fixed by pa connect for my family. Brad has been our technician the last several times we were in, and we were very pleased with his work. Every time the staff was friendly, and very knowledgeable of what the issues were with my phones. They are also very reasonable priced.
