I would absolutely recommend Computer Repair of Greensboro. I initially went to Phillip to have the adapter jack replaced on my laptop. The work was done quickly and the price was not only reasonable, but exactly what was quoted. When I went to pick it up, he informed me that my hard drive was on its last legs, and where he could have very easily pressured me into paying him to fix it immediately, he was very honest with me: He told me it probably still had a few months left, and that there was no sense in spending the money to replace it before I needed to. He told me to go home, back up my files regularly, and when the time came, to give him a call. When the time did come, he had it back to me in less than 24 hours (again, for the price quoted months earlier) in good-as-new condition. Hes very patient and understanding with computer-illiterate customers (like me), and never makes you feel like an idiot for not already knowing how to do the things you came to him for (we all know the type). Computer problems are so stressful to deal with, its such a relief to have someone locally that I can trust.

OHmygosh! Phillip Bishop of Computer Repair of Greensboro saved my life. I work from home and am therefore completely dependent upon my computer. When I installed the new Windows10 yesterday evening, my laptop completely lost its mind! I couldn’t access any files and, therefore, couldn’t work. Even though it was after 7pm, Phillip graciously came to help. He took my laptop with him, knowing I was frantic about the next day’s work obligations. Thanks to Phillip, by early afternoon the following day, my computer was fixed and running perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Bishop. He was prompt, polite and professional. Additionally, he is reasonably priced! And, as an added bonus, he is personable, tolerant of us computer illiterates, and understands the almost- lost concept of customer service. I cannot overstate how THRILLED I am with Phillip and his services. I recently moved back here from Atlanta, and had taken my computer to Intrex in the past. I had such a horrible experience there with a simple repair, that I was tempted to ship my computer to get fixed in Atlanta. Thank GOD I came upon Computer Repair of Greensboro. The service is outstanding. I dropped my computer off at 5:00 pm. By 6:21 pm that night, Phillip had already diagnosed the problem and contacted me with the solution and cost. My computer was ready the next day and it works BEAUTIFULLY! Additionally, the price is outstanding, especially given how accommodating he is and how quickly he resolves issues and keeps you informed. He was even nice enough to get rid of my Windows 8 ( was not a fan) and replace it with Windows 7! I will be recommending Computer Repair of Greensboro to EVERYONE I see as well as using him exclusively for all my computer repairs. This is truly a gem in Greensboro, NC.

My computer died over the Christmas/New year week - so frustrating because you never know what to do and who to trust. I called Phillip and dropped my computer off to him within an hour. He was really nice, quickly diagnosed my computer, offered solutions at a price I could afford, and was willing to have my computer back within 24 hours - not necessary with the holiday. After I brought my newly repaired computer home, he followed up within 24 hours again to make sure I didnt have any problems (not a one - as evidenced by this review written on said computer). I think it might even be faster? Thanks for being so easy to work with!

We are very pleased with the work that Phillip completed for our home. We had previously tried various routers and extenders to increase the Wifi coverage in our older home to no avail. Phillip came out the next day after contacting and spoke with us to determine our needs and make suggestions. He quickly formulated a plan, price quote, and arranged an electrical company to install drops and wiring. He completed the network setup the same day! Within one week, we now have a home network to meet our current and future needs. We are thrilled with the work he performed and would highly recommend his company!

I highly recommend Computer Repair of Greensboro! Phillip Bishop helped me out when I was in a real jam. It was the end of the semester for my online class and I had several last minute assignments due when all of the sudden the Hard Drive on my laptop failed me! I called Phillip Bishop instead of calling the Big Box Super Electronic store to help me out. Phillip is a miracle worker! Not only did Phillip give me superb customer service but, he also gave me same day turn around and so I was able to complete my assignments on time! Oh, and by the way I got an A in the class! WOW - Computer Repair of Greensboro saved my LIFE!!! No question - problem - virus or program is too small or too large for Phillip to masterfully (and without that judgmental or condescending tone) fix up and rectify. I was going from an old dinosaur computer to a new system and scared I would lose valuable info but Phillip came over and handled all my computer concerns in a timely and professional way!! We have recently retired to Virginia and have our granddaughters visiting. Much to our dismay, our new WiFi connection wouldnt work with their iPhones. Phillip not only responded to our call during evening hours, he took the time to remotely access our computer and fix our WiFi so our girls could access the internet and all of their fun games. And, while he was remotely working on our computer, he fixed some spyware and performance issues on the spot. I cant thank him enough for taking time out of his evening to take care of us so quickly.
