I went to have my laptop that was given to me by my brother before he died to get fixed because of some virus issues and also I had some dead pixels in my screen. So they replaced my screen, did a wipe and reload, saved all my files on the laptop set me up with a new virus protection and saved my brothers former laptop from having a date with the garbage (if you know what I mean). Computers of Charleston took there time and expertise with the laptop and got it running right, free of viruses. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their pc, laptop, or tablets to be fixed or just a free diagnostic check to see whats going on to come see Brian and the gang so they can fix your computer the right way! and also for a very good price, beats the hell out of those "Geek Squad" that dont really know what the hell they are doing and to charge you some astronomical price for it! I will be doing business with them in the future for any problem that I have and I hope everyone has the same experience that I had which is fast, service with a smile and wont break your pockets while your at it!

Ive had two incidences where Ive encountered Brian. The first instance was when my hard drive on my laptop broke and I contacted him to fix it. Unfortunately, by the time we got on the phone together I had already taken it to another computer company to fix it. Despite this, Brian still gave me quality time to talk me through the process and gave me straight-forward answers that I greatly appreciated. I enjoyed his advice and personality so much that I went straight to him when I wanted to build a custom desktop. I worked with him over to help pick out the parts online, and he was gracious enough to to spend hours longer that I was charged to help make my dream PC. He also was very enthusiastic about letting me assist him with the construction process. I very much enjoyed the time I spent working with Brian and Computer of Charleston and will continue to go to them for any of my computer needs in the Charleston area.

This place is the best! Ive used several different computer shops in the Charleston area throughout the years and none can compete with Computers of Charleston. Brian White and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and were able to handle my not so common computer repair request with no problems. I had my entire gaming PC tower rewired neatly as well as having some faulty parts swapped out and I couldnt be happier with the quality of work, In my experience it is very difficult to find a computer shop in Charleston that builds and has extensive knowledge in high end gaming/multimedia PCs. If you are looking to get a high-end PC built but dont know where to start look no further...this shop will steer you in the right direction. So happy I found this place; my new go to computer shop! Highly recommended.

We were visiting friends in Savannah when my HP computer screen died. We were on our way to Charleston and when I Googled computer help I found Computers of Charleston LLC and called for help. Within hours I had my computer diagnosed, was advised what kind of computer to buy as my computer was non functional.I bought a computer, they retrieved my hard drive, overnight they reinstalled my data, set up my email accounts and we were on our way. There is no way any other company could have provided this service in the time, in the cost and in the same level of customer service. I dont know how we could have survived our trip without their help.

Christina White financed two laptops to me and they were perfect in all ways. They are still fast 8 months later and they were affordable priced. Now right here before tax time, my daughters laptop screen got cracked. Yes, it was her fault, but Computers of Charleston ordered the screen in advance. When it arrived, they installed it in front of us and even added the cost to our account. This is a good family. They will help those in need. Come tax time I will be glad to pay my account off. Had a virus and computer was running slow. My problem was that my work schedule prevents me from getting to repair centers, I leave for work at 6am, by the time I get off at 6pm, a computer repair center is the last place I want to go. One call to Computers of Charleston and they met me early at their store to receive my computer and promised it ready when I was heading home from work. Come 6:30pm I arrived, paid, and left all in 10 minutes. NOW THAT IS SERVICE. Way to go Brian and Tina. You guys sure now how to take care of people. Mark

Computers of Charleston are very very good at fixing computers! He never gave up on our computer! Our computer was VERY messed up and had multiple virus`s. He never gave up on us and worked on our computer non-stop! We gave them our computer yesterday and it was ready to go today and we started experiencing difficulties on getting onto a certain website and he started working on it from 2 o`clock in the afternoon to 8:30 at night, and now it works PERFECTLY I would HIGHLY recommend Computers of Charleston!

I have used computers of Charleston several times. They got me an external Hard Drive for half the price anybody else was selling them for. They took a Chrome Book on Consignment, and are fixing my Tablet dc jack. Next is an upgrade to a SSD drive for my laptop. I recommend this shop to anybody with a PC Computer in Charleston. While I was on vacation my computer would not boot up so with much trepidation I searched the Internet for a repair shop in the Charleston area. When I saw this company was on Angies List, I decided to give them a try. What a relief it was to meet Brian and Christina. They listened to my problem said they would check it out while I waited and were able to fix, not only the problem some extraneous issues. I highly recommend this company. Call for directions though.

They fixed my iPod screen that cracked. More than that, they surprised me with green instead of white face. Pairing with my purple case was awesome. Now they are taking my laptop and wipe and reloading it. From windows 8 too windows 7. What a price $69.00.
