Extremely poor service and business sense. I was quoted a price for the part which was accurate and then at the time of pick up the installation charge was doubled. after a discussion with the "owner trying to tell me how much money he was saving me he became very aggressive and hostile. I told him i did not believe that he actually saved" me any money. with that, he grabbed the invoice out of my hand, went in the back office - then, came out with a new invoice which was higher than the first. Really ?? In fact he told me the repair would take only an hour but was charged for 1 1/2 hours.. A very child like act at best and certainly not very professional. this all occurred after he ordered the wrong part for my computer which delayed the repair well over a week. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone !!! Be careful !!!

I was in need of a quick computer repair last month and thank God I found Computer Systems Service and Repair in Wexford. They took great care of my computer, replaced my failed power supply and sent me on my way. The family that runs that shop is the most down to earth couple that I have met in a long time. The people that run other small businesses in Wexford and surrounding areas seem to be very snotty and stuck up. Its very refreshing to talk to people that can relate to ME!!! If you need computer help, I would definitely recommend this store. They are an A++ in my book!

I recommend to all. You would be foolish to go elsewhere as for would not save any money due they have the best service for the lowest rates out of all...I have been using this company since 2009 and due to having six computers and 2 laptops in my home office, unfortunately I have my share of challenges...but all I can say is I do not know what I would do without them as for they are the BEST. They are always there for me and rectify each and every issue I experience efficiently. 5 stars to them!

This place is terrible. I wouldnt even give them one star. They are the equivalent of the mechanic that tells you that your car needs a new engine when all you really need is a spark plug. They will tell you that there is more wrong with your computer that there actually is just so that they can charge more. On top of that, they are immature and unprofessional in every way imaginable. DO NOT LET THIS PLACE CON YOU!!!

I just picked up my computer from these people the other day and I am so happy with the service as for it runs 100 times better now and the price I paid was way less than what everyone else had quoted me before I found this place. I give them a thumbs up and hope they are in that location forever in case I need anything again. I would recommend to everyone!

Very unprofessional had my computer for over a month and still nothing has been fixed. Charged me double and like I said didnt fix anything. This company is a fraud please do not fall for this. Oh and then on top of it the customer service sucks and they would rather fight with you then work with you.

They did a great job resurrecting my 6 year old laptop. It runs like new! Before any work was done they called and gave me several options and their opinion as to what would be the best for my aging laptop. They charged less the place I use to go and did a better job. Defiantly recommend.

Do not recommend Computer System Services at all and in total agreement with other people that have made comments to date about the business as well as the staff
