Issue resolved - I wish you and your business the best - I hope this can be a learning experience on both ends. BUYER BEWARE! I was sold a used MacBook Pro. I was assured by the owner, Rob, and other staff that this machine would handle digital video editing, rendering and uploading. After having the computer for less than 12 hour the machine started to shut down repeatedly. The owner has refused a refund and stated directly to me "we never tested it for video editing. There was no way to know how the computer would behave." I was LIED to in the store in order for a sale to be made . Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I specifically asked "if this computer does not work for video editing, rendering, production will you refund it?" Rob agreed. So far he has fallen short of that agreement. I brought the computer back in the following day because of the computer shutting down randomly and specifically when trying to upload / render video! Rob and some of his staff took a look at the issue and offers a solution. I then returned home only to discover that the issue was continuing. At that time I went to return the machine and the store was closed. The following day (which was a Saturday) I brought the machine back- in the same condition it was sold to me and said I am returning this computer. I left the computer with the staff and never received a refund. After pulling teeth to try and talk with Rob, I was eventually contacted, by a Blocked number, by Rob. He told me "I cant give you a refund because Im afraid you wont continue to be a customer". You are right Rob. I will never be a customer again. ***You lied to me - specifically when I asked if this machine would perform doing specific tasks. You said it would, later revealing you never even tested it for the performance you claimed it could handle. ***You failed to fix the problem when I addressed it to you initially and you still have the computer and my (just over $900) money. ***You lied to me telling me that if there was an issue with the video editing, rendering, uploading etc. you would refund my purchase - you said you would not refund, only, if there was nothing wrong with the computer. Clearly, as you have seen and admitted, this computer is faulty.

After hearing the nightmare a friend of mine had experienced with this company I decided to review the company. So people could be aware of who their dealing with. That same day I got a message from the owner I chose to ignore this. He then proceeded to find it necessary to comment on a picture of one of my children. Then he found it necessary to message my wife threatening to sue me for Slander. Now I mind you all I did was review his company on Facebook. Not the kind of people id want to give my money to.

Rob at Computiverse is not only a great guy, but extremely knowledgeable , honest fair and reasonably priced. I had a major issue with my laptop and he not only fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price, but provided extra service beyond what I paid for. I cant recommend Computiverse enough! This after having been ripped off by many others...

BEWARE!!! Rob is Selling broken equipment and refuses to make any situation right. Terrible business owner if you would even call him that. Impossible to tell whats wrong with what you buy until you take it home and then hes already scammed you along with many others. BEWARE!!!

Less than pleased-- My computer was "recycled" since I did not return their call in a timely manner after they took months to try to fix my computer. They should of called one last time to let me know their intentions instead I lost a very expensive computer.

i am impressed, my fan was running like a hair dryer on my asus G73. 24 hour turn around they cleaned the dust and put on new heat paste on the processor. and it runs super quiet and cool. great people.

Very unsatisfied. Went it trying to get my phones camera glass fixed and... well they did it, but ended up leaving the camera unusable entirely. Go where if you want your phone to be messed up
