CompuGig was helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly and personable. Despite specializing in Dell computers, they were able to repair the cracked screen and broken fan on my HP touchscreen laptop which had been damaged during a flight. I was only in the area for a short time, but they called regularly to update me on the progress of the repair, got my OK before ordering parts or conducting repairs, and when the parts didnt arrive before I had to leave, they shipped my computer to me fully repaired. And they did this all at a very reasonable price that saved me having to buy a new computer. I would absolutely recommend them for any computer repair needs.

I recently purchased a new Dell Inspiron 157000 and took it to Compu Gig along with my old computer, and my external drive to be set up. My experience with Compu Gig could not have been any better. Everyone at Compu Gig is friendly and more than helpful. After setting up my computer at home I encountered a few minor problems that I of course could not handle myself. I called Compu Gig and the were more than happy to assist me. Hats off to Donny, Jason, Beth, Libby, and Shelby. Anyone needing computer assistance will be completely satisfied at Compu Gig.

Compugig has tremendous service. Shawn was a huge help, informative and down to earth. They treat their customers like friends should. I highly recommend Compugig in Cranberry TWP if you have any computing needs/issues. I walked in on a busy Saturday to diagnose my new-build and they stopped everything to troubleshoot for at least an hour. Meanwhile they serviced the rest of the store. Thank you guys. See you soon.
