I asked the lady at the front desk how much does it normally cost to replace my laptop DC Jack and she told me, "$75-$85, maybe more". She also said that after I authorize the estimate; it should be ready by the next day. The technicians looked at my computer, found nothing else wrong with my laptop expect for my DC Jack, and gave me an of estimate was $165!!! After agreeing to pay that ridiculous price; 5 days passed and I hadnt heard anything from them. I sent an email asking for an update. I also stated that if my laptop was not repaired yet, I was gonna take it with me. A few hours later, I get a call from them saying that my laptop is almost done and I can pick it up tomorrow. When I went to pick up laptop, I asked the lady why did she $75-85, and her response was, " I told you it could have been more". I was expecting more, not 100% more. She also said, " Maybe I shouldnt have told you anything when you asked me". They make you pay a $40 diagnostic fee, then they overcharge; knowing if you dont do the work with them, you are out $40. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The woman and the front desk portrayed their business and reasonably priced and efficient; they were neither.

Prime Tech Support = MY LIFESAVER A freak accident resulted in a coffee spill over my new Macbook Pro. Nervous and panicking, I went to the Apple store in Aventura. Confident with my AppleCare purchase, I was hit with zero coverage and a $1,200+ repair estimate. Needless to say, this was the worst case scenario and I fell to pieces. My laptop is everything as a freelance developer and essentially buying a new computer wasnt an option. A friend of mine found Prime Tech Support online, and I rushed over the same day. They were super helpful and offered to stay open a little late to begin taking my device apart. I had more damage than I anticipated. Two days later, I was picking up my computer and good to go, paying well under the Apple estimate. Thank you to the team! I went from thinking I had ruined my device, to have it up and running the same week. They were quick, knowledgeable, and caring in a vulnerable time for me. You guys are the best :)

I went to have my Epson printer repaired. There was a communication issue due to a system issue they had. I was a little upset at first. However the owner came out Claudia she very understanding and helpful. To be honest it is very hard to find customer service like the customer service they wiere able to provide for me. I look forward to doing future business with Prime tech support. My printer works like new now. The best part is that they do it all from hardware to software they even work on macs and other apple products.

Prime Tech is a small, quaint little tech repair shop off nw 36 on the upper end of wynwood. They were responsive, fairly priced, and had great customer service. They dont try to jerk you around like geek squad, and there are no lines. I came for a macbook display replacement, and left happy. They guarantee their work, which also made me happy. Also, I did not uncover any snooping, which has been a problem in other computer repair shops Ive been to.

I took my XPS desktop with a burned capacitor to Prime Tech. I had to search all over Miami to find a place that would do the work with my motherboard and is truly not easy to find anyone. Not only did Prime handled my request, but they did it promptly and very efficiently. They also did a free tune-up and cleaning of the inside and backed up their work with a 90 day warranty. Superb job!

Prime tech support was a huge help, they welcomed me when I came late, nearly 10 minutes before closing, and stayed past closing to help my with my malware problem on my computer. Alex, the man that helped us, was very friendly and calm, knowing excatly what to do. We got a call the next day, and they told us that our computer was fixed. I could tell they took great care of my laptop.

I brought in my Laptop that had bad hinges it would not close. They fixed that easily then I noticed it was running slower than normal so I had them run a scan. There was 37 Malware crap files on it! they cleaned it all and now I am typing on it to write this review and my computer has never ran better! Use this company!!! I have now found a Tech co. I can trust in Miami.

ok service, fixed my laptop & phone but not clear at all on warrantys. Took my phone back one month later and they said they couldnt replace my screen under the warranty because it didnt "fit qualifications" a huge rip off they tried to make me pay $200 for a new one when i just had it fixed theyre with the receipt present. WARRANTY SHOULD BE STATED CLEARLY

My phone was in a reboot loop this morning. I handed it in and two hours later they had it fixed. The people are very friendly and gave me a heads up on the costs. They totally lived up to my expectations so I would very much recommend them to anyone who has issues with their phone.
