I went in just to have them fix my cracked screen and after 4 different visits back to the store within a span of 3 weeks I had developed issues with my proximity sensor and then had a "dead spot in my screen". The phone simply had a cracked screen when I first walked into CPR where did these other issues stem from...the rude guy behind the counter says to me "well thats technology for you". On my 4th visit I was just over the whole process and I wanted my money back($105) and to go elsewhere, but that wasnt an option says the same guy behind the counter my only option is to go to a different location and have them fix it or stay at his location and he would fix it and take care of the proximity sensor free of charge (he isnt doing my any favors here because there was nothing wrong with the proximity sensor in the first place!). Last but not least when I did take my phone somewhere else to get it fixed the phone tech showed me how CPR missed putting in a screw when they were "fixing" my phone! Now I am in limbo with the store and corporate in efforts to get my money back for the lack of service. Between the "know it all" behind the counter and the guy who thinks he can fix phones in the back they dont have a very good dynamic in that store because the customer was not right and not being looked out for in any respect.

This place is a rip off and never even bothered to call me and info me that they couldnt repair my phone, I walk to inquire about my phone and theres Theres a sign on the door that stated Will return in 15 minutes. SO I waited and waited. ALMOST an hour and a half and the guy finally shows up I went in to grab my phone and he stated that my phone was not there so I was arguing with him telling him I had not picked phone. HE stated that he has a signed receipt from someone claiming to be me. I quickly went over to verizon aan they helped me with the find my iPhone app. sure enough my phone showed that it was still in the mall so I went back to the store and he stated that my phone was not there. When I yell he better find my phone it magically appear disassembled so I take it and go across the road to ubreakifix and got my phone fixed there. MUCH better place

Unprofessional rip-off. I had asked for my entire phone to be repaired, screen and home button, the manager gave me the run around about an iTunes issue with the home button and acted as if the entire thing would be fixed. I went to pick up my phone and then he decides to tell me that only the screen would be fixed although it was clear between us that the entire thing was supposed to be fixed or I would have just gone to apple for the same price plus a warranty. He wouldnt let me leave without paying and didnt give me an option besides him trying to attach my previous broken screen (which would have been broken more after removing it) and was sarcastic and rude when I asked for solutions. NEVER in my life have I had such awful service. Take your business elsewhere they are rude and unprofessional!

OVERPRICED RIPOFF! I came in with my iPad which was having trouble charging. The young man at the desk immediately tells me (barely even looking at it) I need a new charger port which will cost $150. I remarked that sounded expensive and he returned a rather snarky remark of "well a new one is several hundred bucks". So I left and went to the boost mobile store on sample road where the fellow there took a few moments to examine my iPad and plug it in to a charger. It started charging right there on the counter and he says "all you need is a new cord, the new lighting cords often come loose". So instead of spending $150. I spent under $20. Btw, I asked the fellow "how much is a new charger port installed?" his answer, about 50 bucks...

Literally in and out in 5 minutes! When all the other stores told me they couldnt work on my Galaxy S7 Edge this guy was like "sure man itll take me five minutes!" Got my phone back good as new! Ill recommend this place to Anyone I know that needs a phone repaired! Dont read the previous comments as I was assured the "Problem" was no longer a part of the company. Thanks again!

Came in very late one Saturday and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. Even thou he was getting ready to close up he still fixed my Samsung galaxy S5 and about 2 weeks later there was another problem and he fixed it with no cost to me. Very happy with the service and will defiantly come back here for future business.

This place is amazing! So much faster and cost effective as compared to the Apple Store experience. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes and the phone worked just as if it was new. Highly recommend this place for those whose time is very precious. Also upfront estimates and great customer service.
