My first experience here was very good, Claire covered my gray roots and did some fun pink streaks I was very happy and my rating reflected that. However at my second visit I ended up with extremely brassy hair that covered almost my entire head instead of the subtle pieces I had requested. I had been very specific that I wanted the color to be neutral and or cool instructions any trained professional would understand. I tried to have the original artist correct the mistake but our schedules could not sync up I am sure she would have Corrected it without a problem. Unfortunately the owner of the store was the one to correct the problem and she did a mediocre job at best suggesting I did not need the final toner which meant that I walked out with fewer highlights but still an orange cast overall. That would not havebeen a deal killer as I would gladly have come back to finish the toner she should have put on me as we agreed. The deal killer was the racist joke she chose to say to me which went as follows she said in Spanish they used to treat black people as slaves and now the black people play the victim and treat the Latins as slaves. This is unacceptable conversation I do not condone racism in any form and the salon will never see a penny of my money again.

Horrible experience. On my fourth visit to this salon the girl I had been going to cut my hair decided to try something different without explaining it to me. She ended up cutting off most of my hair that I had been growing for 9 months. When I first started with her I told her I was trying to grow my hair longer so I dont know why she did this. I lost my hair and I have to wait months for it to grow back and its very upsetting, because I dont think a professional stylist should be so careless with her clients.

Kairos Hair Salon is a genius! He is a virtuoso colorist and his cut is always interesting and perfect. As soon as Shawn started to cut my hair, I started to get compliments. It always happens! Patrick Evan is a great place for Shawn (Ive gone with him to a couple of different salons over the years.) ... the atmosphere at Kairos Hair Salon is always very professional but also welcoming and friendly. Absolutely the best -- a great match between a genius stylist and a wonderful salon.

Ive been coming here for about a year now and Im in love! Clare has always done a phenomenal job with my hair and knows exactly what I want every time! Theyre staff is so sweet and always make the clientele feel like theyre at home! So happy that I found this gem of a salon so close to home!
