For over a year, I had been wrestling with little air conditioning in my car. Very little came out the top vents and some came out the floor vents. I then noticed that the floor rug mat on the drivers side was wet. Not good! I didnt want to take my 11 year old car to the dealer so I went online to see who repaired car A/Cs in my area. I read so many great reviews about M & R, that I decided to try them. From the first telephone call, in which I spoke to Summer, I was put at ease. She was very knowledgeable, reassuring, and pleasant so I knew I was in good hands. Nick did an incredible job, having to take out the dashboard, perform surgery on the A/C, and then put it all back together. What a job he did! I would definitely recommend M & R to all my friends. Fast, friendly and honest service. I had an emergency that required I get my car to a shop ASAP. Im not from the area, so I found M&R on google. Im so glad I did. They took my car in at 4:00 in the evening, looked over my car immediately and even gave me a ride to the hotel I was staying in for the night (I was stranded). It turns out that the car had bigger problems than I originally thought, but the staff called me first thing the next morning and went through what was wrong and should be done. When I picked up the car, the price was on point (they even offered me a coupon), the bill included all the parts they used plus a breakdown of labor and the car was spotless. For as long as Im in Miami, this is the only place Ill take my car.

Horrible! Paid $1400 to fix my AC after they allegedly did diagnostics and determined the compressor was broken. They said that would fix the issue...$1400 later and its not fixed. The air is still blowing hot. Apparently they claim theres a leak that suddenly started hours after I took it home. I am really disappointed that I wasted this money for no reason. When asked how much more they were seeking to actually finish the repair, the lady said "expensive." This is all after I elected to get a written estimate and they failed to provide one. BUYER BEWARE. I will be reporting them so that other people will not have to suffer.

My brakes were squealing for so long I knew the rotors were shot. Told them to put pads and new rotors on my F-150. After an inspection I was told they were only installing pads.These guys were not going to sell me what i wanted? "Nope, just selling you what you need" is what i was told. Who sells you what you need, not the extra money job you wanted? And my truck stops on a dime. So am i going back next time? Hell Yes!

Went to check if something could be fixed instead they kept my car overnight and charged me a $100 for the estimate the next day while giving me a ridiculous price to fix something else. I went there because of all the 5 star reviews it had online and noticed someone recently left a 1 star with a similar issue and it disappeared.

I really couldnt ask for a better repair shop. Honest and efficient, they can handle pretty much any issue! I will recommend this shop to everyone. Plus, their invoices are written out, so its easy for a layman like myself to understand! cant beat that!

Had Jeff and his mechanic work on my employees Nissan Sentra. They repairs a faulty pulley that was causing problems with the alternator. They repaired it quick and the car is running great again. Very professional team and nice clean shop.
