The employee who received me told me that I had two vehicles in front of mine and that it would take between one and an hour and a half, at two hours when I complained because my car was still outside, they took me to the person responsible and told me later To doubt how many mechanics I had working, that today would not be, then, without more or more tells me that the service will be at 07:00 pm, when I tell him that I was punishing myself for my claim, he says, "Its over, I can deny you the service. " He went and handed me the keys and told me that they will not listen to me. The person in charge is Chester Alvarado. Is there no right to claim and when you do you are punished denying the service? Do the owners do not read the comments of customers who usually talk about the same thing, the excessive wait, the poor attention, especially the manager Chester who does not have a minimum of respect for people who go there to Pay for a service. Pésima atención, el empleado que me recibió me dijo que tenia dos vehículo delante del mio y que demoraría entre una una o una hora y media, a las dos horas cuando reclame porque mi auto todavía estaba afuera me llevaron al responsable y me dijo, después de dudar de cuantos mecánicos tenia trabajando, que hoy no estaría, después, sin mas ni mas me dice que estará el servicio a las 07:00 pm, al yo decirle que me estaba castigando por mi reclamo, me dice, "es más, te puedo negar el servicio". Ahí fue y me entregó las llaves y me dijo que no me atenderán. El responsable se llama Chester Alvarado. Será que no hay derecho a reclamo y que cuando lo haces te castigan negando el servicio? Será que los dueños no leen los comentarios de los clientes que por lo general hablan de casi lo mismo, de la espera excesiva, de la mala atención, sobre todo del gerente Chester que no tiene un mínimo de respeto por las personas que van allí para pagar por un servicio.

Well, if you are expecting a great customer service this is not the place, i was there this last Saturday after work overnight and sleep for 1,5 hour looking for a tire for a trailer that blowed on the way to Miami coming from Chicago, so as I came in there is one person in line waiting to get helped , and out of 3 people working on the small stations, one of them left probably end of his shift, and the other two was helping people that was there forever wait to get their cars fixed, and I hear this gentleman saying, OMG almost 4 hours for an oil change, and from there I realize I was there for 25 minutes standing with not even "Sir I will be with you soon" or maybe " Welcome to Sears Auto whatever" after wait for another 15 minutes I just gave up and went give my business somewhere else. So somewhere else Got a sale of 4 Tires and 1 spare tire/rim sold because they dont let people standing bagging for your service. PS I spent $536.00. Keep your employees informed that there is more tires shop in town , by the way you can see Firestone from your window. Thanks

Been coming here for years. Typically a painless experience though never a quick one. Today I came in to get an oil change 2 tire replacement and to check the alignment which was under warranty. My 2 hour estimate quickly turned to 3 and upon receiving the car they had no proof the alignment check had been completed. The gentleman at the counter proceeded to show me my last alignment from September as my current results. When calling him out he told me they didnt need to "roll" the car to test the alignment. In other words they dont have to put it on the machine that tests the car to ...Test the car. After a complaint they took the car to the back to properly administer the test....Still waiting... Make sure you ask questions and receive validation for your service. Especially those requested under warranty.

I do not recommend any one at this location chris the associate does not know how to talk to people and the auto care manager chester isnt no better when his associates are wrong he takes up for them if you need to make an complaint its best to call sears headquarters.Im highly pissed because Ive been dealing with sears for a little over 7yrs and on 08/30/2016 is when i got bad service sears just had my car sitting for 8 hrs. and the mechanic didnt do anything to my car and charged me 90 dollars for nothing which was not fair. people please stay away from this location

I went here to have my two damaged rear tires replaced. The shop was supposed to rotate my good front tires to the rear and install my two new tires on the front. Instead, they removed my good tires and replaced them, leaving my damaged tires in place. I noticed this a few days later when my rear tire went flat again. When I returned to the shop, the shop supervisor Charlie told me that it was my word against theirs, and implied I was attempting to commit fraud to obtain free tires. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again and neither should you.

Extremely long wait for simple jobs. Went in for my free tire rotation that comes with the tires I purchased at Sears. They are great at cross-threading studs and putting mis-matched lug nuts on. I had to take it to Firestone to replace the cross-threaded stud and stripped nuts for $84. Nothing free about that tire rotation that came with my Sears tires. Every time I have taken my car into them for a tire rotation, it comes back in worse condition than when It went in. Never again! Good bye Sears. Nothing but a circus with a bunch of clowns for technicians.

bought a groupon for a full sythetic oil change when i got to my appointment not only did i wait for about 2 hours but they up charged me an additional 30 bucks ....whats the point of groupon ? they dont seem to honor it ...i called another of their locations to see how much they would charge for my kind of car and all and it would actually be below the price of their up charge plus my groupon.

Went for a battery, they charged me an arm and leg, they broke the battery connection off and charged me for that also. The sales people were pushy and right now we are jump starting my car because the die hard battery didnt even last the warranty life.

The worst experience ever. No serious people. They that me that my car was ready in 2 hours and I went in 3 hours and my car was in the same place that I left. Dont waste your money in that place.

Terrible customer service. Extremely slow and inattentive. Were supposed to call me when they finished but didnt. Wasted a good portion of my day. Bad experience. Will not support ever again.

Ive been taking my car here for about 2 years. They dont seem to aggressive in trying to sell you. No issues so far with fairly straightforward tire installation and alignment

The end result was good, but I just got an oil change. I waited in line for over half an hour and it took 3 hours to do the oil change. Not the place to go for quick service.
