I brought a business jacket and a Marine Corps dress blue jacket here. The dress blues jacket was just to get the inside bottom hemmed and while it is hemmed, it is not pretty by any means. I have attached the picture. The business jacket I wanted fitted. I dropped it off 16 November 2016. She asked for a timeline and I made the mistake of saying "no big rush." I checked in on it a couple times a week for probably four weeks. I told her husband who it appears she runs the shop with that I needed it the following week. He said "no problem, itll be ready in two days." Two days later I come back and she has it all apart. So I leave and come back early the next week when it was supposed to be ready and it is still all apart. I have been checking in on the phone and when I drove by about once a week with the same "come back in a few days" story. Last week on Thursday, 6 January 2017 I was told she would have it ready the next day and she was getting it ready. I gave here not only the day, but an entire week and a day and came back Friday afternoon the 13th of January. My jacket was still in pieces and she told me she lost my measurements and needed them again holding out the unstitched jacket for me to back into it. I told her to gather all the pieces of it as I am taking it elsewhere. Frustrating, but seeing what she did to the inside of my dress blues jacket I am actually relieved she did not do much with my business jacket. No telling what mess it would have been in. The place is a cluttered up mess. When I picked up the jacket she had her donuts sitting out that had been there for no telling how many visits I had made. The place is just a mess and they do not keep their word on when items will be ready. When she does finish items the job is sloppy and poorly handled.

Never go to this cleaner!! We brought my husbands dress whites in to be dry cleaned as they were sitting in a bag in the closet for a year. We even debated weather or not to take them in as they really just needed to be freshened up. They were returned with a large brown stain on the front. We took them into the base cleaners where the woman there found several stains on the back and more on the front as well. They woman also remarked that they werent even pressed. My coach purse was completely ruined. It looked as though it had been thrown into a washer with bleach and rocks. It was completely faded and had new and worse wear marks. It had also been taken apart to fix a spill in the liner. As coach purses are not meant to be deconstructed, it no longer held its shape and was floppy. The leather patch on the inside with the serial number was also shriveled, which is further testament to the complete lack of skill and knowledge of how to clean a purse. When we informed them of the issues with the dress whites they responded that it was not their fault, they were outsourced and that we signed away a release on the purse. This is the hands down worst dry cleaners I have been to.

Over 2 months ago, I dropped off a pair of pants to be cleaned. The service was rendered and paid for but then upon inspection, the pants had yellow highlighter spots up and down the right pocket that were not present prior to being given to Parkmore Cleaners. The owner accepted the pants for re-cleaning but was unable to get the stains out. He then said he was willing to reimburse the pants. Upon presenting him with a original receipt he said he was unable to pay me at the time because his wife ran the finance side of the business. He then said he would call when his wife has written a check. Two weeks passed and no call. I called him and he said he would be unable to reimburse the pants in full because a multitude of flaky reasons and policies I was hearing about for the first time. If solid customer service and integrity is what you are looking for in a business, Parkmore is not for you.

I do not recommend this place. I turned in 2 pairs of shorts for minor repairs (replace a button and replace a zipper). I returned 1 week later, as instructed, for pickup and the job was not done. The lady said that they would be completed by the following Monday or Tuesday. I returned on Wednesday (13 days after I dropped the shorts off) and they still hadnt been touched?! I asked for my items back and will be taking my business elsewhere from here forward.

She certainly takes her time on alterations but the work is solid. I bring my laundry to be laundered every 2 weeks. It is always folded exactly how i ask and smells nice. The turn around on dry cleaning services is convenient.

Dropped off 3 uniforms for alterations and Sgt stripes sewn on, after being asked to return 3 times past the original pick up date, they had not been touched, took them to another place
