I cannot remember the last time I reviewed a product or company that exceeded my expectations the way Safe-Dry did. They came early after I poorly scheduled them based on my infant babys sleep schedule and they completely changed their schedule around to accommodate me. J.D. was my technician and he went above and beyond and truly cleaned my carpets as if he were the one with the newborn. I was floored and completely in awe of his work ethic, core values, and respectful attitude and positive demeanor. He was an excellent ambassador for Safe-Dry, I love too that it is chemical free yet does an amazing job and getting rid of dirt, build-up and other residue. He gave me several pieces of advice, encouraged me to do things to elongate the life of my carpet, and was fastidious and hard-working from the moment he arrived until his departure. Oh that the world was filled with more J.D.s! The carpets have never looked so good and after I had my sofas cleaned, they too look brand new! Kudos to Safe-Dry and their excellent staff!

Do Not Use this company!! The carpets were wet for 5 days over Christmas holidays and no one returned my phone calls for help in drying them. I could have forgiven the quality of job but not the total disregard of my problem.I found this company on Thumbtack an internet site that helps you find services in certain areas. I was preparing a home for Christmas while the owners were out of town. I recieved an estimate over the phone which included my total satisfaction with how clean they could get heavily soiled carpets. I told them they were old and very stained but I wanted them as clean as possible for the holiday. A very nice tech arrived and cleaned the carpets. THEY DID NOT DRY FOR 5DAYS!!!!! I called them several times leaving messages hoping they could do something but recieved no call back until weeks later when they wanted payment for the service.

J.D. Arrived ten minutes early! He was very nice, and considerate. He listened to all my concerns about my carpet, rugs, and upholstery. He explained everything that he was going to do, in detail ! Then gave me the cost for everything I wanted taken care of. It was more than reasonable ! Then, he got to work... He is fast, yet very through ! He even cleaned my baseboards ! He took my rugs free to their company for a top-notch cleaning. They will be delivered back to me. In two days, free of charge ! J.D. did a more than AWESOME job for me ! Service was good, came out same day (within 45 minutes even). JD did a great job in cleaning he was professional and courteous. I had heavily soiled areas that needed treated differently but I believe they got it done right. A 14 day guaranty on the service helps. There was a little miscommunication on the designated cleaning areas which is main reason why I did not rate a 5 Star. I am editing my review to a 5 star, JD came back out and re-treated a heavily soiled area that still had a faint odor and also cleaned the room that was in question from the first cleaning. Quick, professional and courteous.

I am thrilled with my practically good as new carpets. When I moved into my home a year ago we cleaned the carpets ourselves. Rented a fancy rug cleaner and spent copious amounts of time and energy. I thought we got them clean but it didnt compare to how they look now. Because of my four animals I sprung for the pet package and JD did the work. He was professional, efficient and went above and beyond helping me to know my options and figure out how to keep expenses to a minimum. I will most definitely be using their services in the future and would gladly refer them to friends.

I called Safe-Dry to clean my carpets because I moved a piece of furniture and noticed how light the carpet was underneath! I knew the carpet needed to be cleaned without any toxins or fragrance because people in our home suffer from allergies. Not only did the carpet look 100% better, but there was no smell! JD was very professional, and helped with all my concerns. He also took time to explain the process, which I had never seen before. I really enjoyed the whole process and would call this company again when I need to clean again!

Tayler did a really good job on our carpets yesterday the wife and me are happy we found a good local company. He got here on time and made sure we had all our questions answered before he started. Very professional and polite. He told us the price and it was more than what we paid the last company last yr but it was well worth the money considering the job. JD came to take care of us and did a wonderful job. Our carpets are a bit older and we wanted to freshen things up for the holidays, they look almost new again and smell fresh and clean! We had a great experience with safe dry. The staff member who came to our home was professional and knowledgeable. I learned a lot! I wont be going back to steam cleaning that is for sure! Were very happy with the whole process from beginning to end. Getting an appointment that fit my schedule was very easy. JD showed up and answered all of my questions before he started. Its so simple, I ended up getting him to clean another room! We had several high traffic areas that he took care of and they look great!

Joesph came to my home last week & he did a fantastic job. My dog barked the entire time he was in my home but he was calm and didnt seem to be bothered by it. The house smells and looks so much better. It took about 6 hours to fully dry. I highly recommend using Safe Dry!
