Theres a sign on the building advertising same day alterations. Great! I drop off one pair of pants for simple hemming on a Friday afternoon. Im told they can have it done by Wednesday. Hmm. Ok, Im not really in a rush, no big deal. The ticket is written up with the hem instructions, to *not* dry clean the pants, (as specifically written on the garment tag), and itll be ready by Monday. But you just told me Wednesday? The clerk tells me that that is a mistake, its actually going to be ready Wednesday. Whatever, fine. Come back Wednesday, pick up the pants, and head home. I get home, discover that not only were the pants dry cleaned, they werent hemmed!!!!!! Is this really so difficult?! I attempted to call them back, but they were already closed. Im going to request a refund tomorrow on the cleaning (it looks like the pants werent ruined, thank goodness), but I think Ill get the hemming done elsewhere!

Amazing fast friendly service. I called on October 14th about a small stain on a costume corset that I needed cleaned that day. The lady who answered suggested that I come in as soon as I could and they would see what they could do for me. Much to my surprise they were very busy yet very fast and friendly. The lady I spoke to immediately took it back to be cleaned and I was out within 10 minutes. I was so impressed and will continue to go there myself as well as refer others to going there for their needs. Again thank you so much for helping my Disney trip be amazing due to a freshly cleaned costume.

I dropped off two Navy Service Uniform shirts to have them dry cleaned. When I received them back I noticed that one of them did not appear to be dry cleaned. They were not ironed from the looks of it. I even made a comment "Do I have to iron these creases?" The employee didnt respond with a straight answer and did not even bother to do something about it. Only thing I can say is that the employees are nice but there service was not satisfactory!

Worst dry cleaning service Ive ever received. We recently had two comforters cleaned here and they both were returned in worse condition than before. We received one with several new spots on it. The other was stuffed with more cotton but it was uneven and looks like a kid is hiding under it when laid out flat. Both reek of chemicals. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Better quality and prices than Vicks. The service manager is wonderful and really works with you if you have an issue. There are 2 female employees that can be rather rude and off putting, but most of the time the manager is working her butt off and making things right.

I had nothing but outstanding service from them. I travel out of country a lot during the year and only trust them to have my suits and clothes ready in time. The alterations are always done well and on time and at a reasonable price.

Quite possibly the worst winter in Pensacola they redid our sheets three times and then told us they didnt have the equipment to do it properly. That would have been nice to have heard up front now we go to Vics main plant
