UNimpressive! by far. Do not take your dry cleaning here if you want it back within a WEEK. I took two dresses and was promised them back in three days. After seven days, i had to stand in the cleaners for an hour until they FOUND the dresses-no numbers, no name!?!?. Their excuse was two people had been out that week (Not my problem.) Then because they put them in the "black" color clothes pile -couldnt find! Then they had to call someone to find the dresses, when all along the dresses were finished & hung in the wrong place!! Again--not my problem, but THEIRS. Poorly run, a screwed up mess in this place. I will not darken their door again! BBB you will get this too. Save your time-go somewhere else!!

Impressive Dry Cleaners is with out a doubt the best dry cleaner in the area. We had tried several other cleaners and we were never really happy with the results. I really like the fact that my clothes are cleaned on site instead of being shipped off to another location. Their FREE pick and delivery service is also a real time saver. My husband is pretty particular and he is always happy with the job they do on his pants and shirts, and they do it for less than other people weve used. Definitely give them a try you wont go to anyone after you experience their service.

It is just so bad! I was waiting for ever to get my 2shirts and pants back. They damaged my husbands pants. I will never come back to this place:( p.s. They should not take new customers because they are just over busy! But, they still do( there is no words to describe how angry I am...

Always used Vicks and had problems time and time again. A friend recommended Impressive, and I will use them from now on! All cleaning in-house, not sent off elsewhere. Quick service, and absolutely no issues so far! Highly recommended!
