When we purchased the dining table on Saturday the woman who cashed us out at St Matts told us Mov2Day charges $65/hour for delivery. I said because we lived off Bonita Beach Rd 15 mins from the Bonita location that it shouldnt be more than an hour and she agreed. Today (Monday, 2/20) Mov2Day called me at exactly 12:40pm to let me know they had the dining table in the truck and were on their way. At 12:53pm I buzzed them in at our community gate. They were out of here by about 1:05pm. I was taking care of our two year old son when my husband Thomas paid for the service. Mov2day told my husband it took them 1 and 1/2 hours to get to our home so we would be charged for 2 hours. My husband didnt think much of it because he did not know I received their call just 25 mins prior. When Mov2day left and I looked at the receipt I explained to my husband that they had only left the store at 12:40pm so there was no way this was correct. My husband was very upset because he felt that they had played us. We were also told there was another leaf to the table that was not delivered so Thomas decided to head up to St Matthews to see about the extra leaf and discuss the situation. On his way up there he called Mov2Day and explained to them what had happened. A man named Chris told Thomas he would check the GPS and assess the situation then call him back. While this was going on I was extremely upset about the situation and went on their Facebook and wrote a one star review saying that the company had scammed us. Not long after I received a call from Chris. He was very upset by my comment, understandably, but the way he handled speaking towards me was downright disrespectful. He used a derogatory tone and insisted that they were an award winning company and would never do such a thing. "Great" I said, "settle our dispute and Id be happy to take down my review." He told me hed check the GPS then get back to me. Five minutes later he calls back and is ready to provide a full refund. He asks, "now will you take down that review, and I see also that your friend has given a one star review and I dont appreciate you telling..." I cut him off. I never told my friend to put a bad review. She must have seen my review and being my best friend, took it upon herself to leave her two cents. I told him, "once I receive this full refund I will make sure her review comes down along with mine". He agrees, takes my CC info, and (after having to ask for it) sends me an email confirmation that the refund is processing. We hang up. The following hour he called me NINE times and leaves two voicemails telling me that I lied in my review and he would appreciate if I took it down immediately. I never answered any of the calls and was shaken up that this man was now harassing me. After the way he spoke to me in the first call, these harassing phone calls, and him never actually confirming with us whether the GPS did show they had lied about the time I had no motivation to take down my review. I was absolutely flustered that he had just blown up my phone (I work from my phone and was trying to speak with clients) and felt completely uncomfortable and unsafe knowing these people know where I live. After giving it some thought I decided that I would go back to the page and change what I said in my review. I stand by my one star review but I did want to clarify in my comment that maybe, just MAYBE, it was an honest mistake and that the drivers somehow thought it took them an hour and a half to get to my house from a location 15 minutes away, but that the way Chris had spoken to me and his harassing phone calls still warranted a one star review, however I could not change my review because they took down the option on their Facebook page to leave a review and now are directing people to check their Google reviews. So here I am, reviewing them on Google to warn people of this company and their shady tactics.

Second move with Mov2Day, and once again, Randy R. and Jessie M. did a wonderful job! Delivered everything on time, then proceeded to unpack, take away the empty boxes, and even took overflow to a separate storage unit. Again, they were friendly, courteous, helpful, and very efficient. We were referred to Mov2Day by the corporate relocation department of one of the leading global real estate organizations, of which my husband is a part. It speaks very highly of the knowledge and professionalism of this company, and again, I would not hesitate to use them for future moves. Move Day 3: Had the pleasure of working with Randy R. and Jessie M. for the final phase of our move today (packing some contents from the furnished rental we now occupy, and then taking to self-storage). Also needed them to move some exercise equipment back from storage to the house, which they accomplished brilliantly (large treadmill, small door - not a challenge for these pros!). All in all, a very successful moving process and we could not be happier with Mov2Day and this awesome team. Would definitely recommend them very highly and not hesitate to use them for our future moving needs! Move Day 4: Just a few final boxes to be moved to storage, plus swapping out a washer & dryer. Randy R. and Sebasthian were patient and industrious enough to remove the interior garage door from its hinges in order to fit the oversized LG w/d through to the laundry room, also thoughtful enough to wrap them in protective plastic to guard against scratches. Just one more reason I recommend them and Mov2Day. Thanks very much again! 9/7/17: Called Mov2Day on Tuesday morning - 4 days before Hurricane Irma was predicted to strike Naples - and Randy R. and Jessie M. were at our door promptly at 9am the next day. As with our previous experiences with these two gentlemen, they got right to work, strategizing, prioritizing, and moving quickly and efficiently to pack up our things and load them on the truck. After a stop at our storage unit (to pick up a portable generator and a few other hurricane prep items), it was off to the new house, where they proceeded to carefully carry it all inside to each designated room. They always take great pains to ensure they are treating each item with respect, whether it is fragile electronics or other breakables, furniture, or just boxes of clothing. Randy and Jessie are great to work with, always cheerful, never complaining, and working together as a well-oiled machine to get the job done. I couldnt imagine relying on another moving company (or movers!) than this team and Mov2Day. Thanks so much for another successful move!!!

I moved a month ago from Ft.Lauderdale to Naples with Nate and his crew. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite and respectful, while working hard to get my house packed into one truck. They did it! Even when I was at the end of my rope, finishing the last boxes that never seemed to end, they would set up the boxes for me and stayed genuinely positive, even though they were very hot and tired. Also, everyone n the team really listened to the system I had to organize the boxes going into storage and were up for keeping with my plan. I moved most of my things to storage, so I needed to have a strategy to get to things I needed later on. In storage, Nate managed to organize it in such a way that I had access to anything I might need as far as boxes went. The team was also exceptionally careful with my belongings, which I thoroughly appreciated. The last moving company I hired a year ago did quite a bit of surface damage to my furniture, making me mad every time I looked at it. I would definitely use Mover2day again, and in fact have them helping me tomorrow to bring the fixed furniture (damaged by the previous moving company) from a repair shop to storage. Thank you!!
