I used this company two years ago when I moved and they did a fantastic job, so when it was time to move again, I did not hesitate to call them. Unfortunately, this time around I was less than impressed with the movers they sent. One was brand new and inexplicably the one in charge. We did not have a lot of furniture; besides the usual stuff we only had one bedroom set and no appliances. However, it took them forever to move us. It took so long that we just told them to put our boxes in one room instead of having them place them in the appropriate rooms for us. We even called them before our move to inquire about having a third person on hand because we did have a lot of boxes, but they assured us they could handle it with two people. Well, maybe two other people but not the two they sent. They damaged my dining room table. When they moved my empty dresser, they did not take out the drawers even though we suggested it, and the drawers went flying against our newly refinished banister. We had one challenging piece of furniture to move and when it came time to do it, they had to call in reinforcements i.e. more movers. That part was the smoothest part of our experience. I wish those people had done our entire move. There was a lot more that happened but its over now. Overall, the price was reasonable and if they send out experienced people you should be satisfied with them.

Move It Now moved my household belongings from my old residence in Mogadore (Akron), Ohio to my new residence in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Moving is not easy but Move It Now was truly professional. Some of the things I liked: • They arrived on time as promised. • The trucks were clean and well maintained. The crew was clean, courteous and friendly. • The crew personally introduced themselves to us and shook our hands. This made us very comfortable with their service. • They were very efficient and courteous during the move process; asking questions when in doubt. • They protected our hardwood floors and doorway. They were very careful in moving items. There was no visible damage. • Delivery to our new address went very smoothly and was done with great care. • When they finished, they again thanked us for the opportunity to move us and shook our hands. That may seem trivial to many, but it showed these guys commitment to doing a good job the right way. • The moving estimate was right on target to the actual hours the move took. Honestly, I can find nothing that was done wrong or could have been improved. We appreciated the professionalism of the crew. I will definitely recommend Move It Now to anyone looking for a moving company.

Move It Now was great for our move. First, the office was flexible and rescheduled our move twice when we had complications with our sale and purchase. They gave us the lowest estimate of several movers that we contacted and the final bill was UNDER the estimate. The movers themselves were just great. The crew of five arrived full of energy on time and just flew through the house. The worked at a fast pace and kept it up all day. They were also friendly and cheerful. They all seemed to work together so well. A great team! It was a stressful day for us, but they made it so much easier and more pleasant. When we were at the new house, they conscientiously put everything where it was labeled. When items werent labeled, they always asked where to put them. They cheerfully complied when we changed our minds about where to put them--even when it meant taking heavy items upstairs. They were very careful with our furniture, and with the newly-painted walls. It was a grueling long day, but when they were done, they asked if there was anything else we wanted--any items to be moved around, etc. I have already recommended them to friends who are moving soon. Move It Now was wonderful!

We just used the great folks at Move It Now the second time since our move to Ohio and once again were impressed with the experience. From the initial call to the completed work they were professional and easy to work with and the cost was reasonable. I am a medically retired police officer and, because of my disability, cannot lift or move heavy objects or do strenuous work for long periods of time. Based on a recommendation, we first used M.I.N. to move all our boxes and furniture from our move into rooms throughout the house after renovation was complete. This time we used them to move some large, heavy equipment from the garage into the house. Our team today was Chris A. & Tim P. and, once again, it was a job well done. I showed them around and explained the problem and they came up with a solution. Job completed in a timely manner with great care taken, no damage, and a very friendly, professional attitude. I can highly recommend M.I.N. for any of your moving needs.

Move It Now is a first rate, customer first company. They begin working for you from day number one when they arrive at your house to assess you move and give you advice to make your move as easy as is possible for you and your household goods. They arrived when they said they would. Packed, wrapped and secured everything like it was there own. My move was long distance from Ohio to Florida. They arrived on time despite bad weather, were politeand efficient unloading my furnishings and placing them as I wanted. They coverd door edges, carpets and set everything up just as though it had always be there. This is the first time I have ever used Move It Now, but woulld use them again without a doubt. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and readers of this post. I worked with Gary, you find no one any better at working with the customer to see they get everything they need or want.

Skyler and Marcus were awesome taking Furniture to Euclid and the rest of my belongings to Beaufort, South Carolina. However when I called for additional help to finish packing as I am known to procrastinate the two men scheduled for Saturday October 1st were a huge disappointment. Cheryl confirmed that they would be coming anywhere between one and three. They arrived at noon and stated that they called but the call went to voicemail. I did not receive a call. I was not ready and I sent them away. I was very upset. I broke down because this is very stressful for me. That just took at least one star from my rating Im surprised I didnt just give you 3 because I felt like they didnt want to put forth any effort to help anybody, but wanted to get off early on a Saturday.

November - Sam and Jon Jon from Move It Now moved me in under 4 hours and beat the estimate of what it would have taken by at least an hour. They were quick, great at their job, were careful with moving my belongings, and worked well together as a team. I would recommend Move It Now and Sam and Jon Jon for your next move. They did a fabulous job. February - I just used move it now again - different guys and it took 7 hours compared to the 3 3/4 hours it took before... to move the same stuff. The distance was about ten minutes further than my last move, but that should not have tacked on over 3 more hours. I have always used move it now and I will think twice before using them again after this bad experience.
