--- VERY POOR MANAGEMENT --- We spoke with the Manager, Jennifer, to request a rental of a pick-up truck yesterday. We explained we only needed the truck for 5 miles round-trip, and would return it within the hour. Jennifer was extremely rude and abrasive. She abruptly snapped that the truck had 1/8 of a tank of gas and we could not rent it unless we put gas in it. I clarified we would pay $30.00 to borrow the truck for less than an hour and we would only be driving it 5 miles. Jennifer then became argumentative and stated we she was "NOT going to rent the truck at all" since she believed there wasnt any gas available at the stations. I explained there was gas at Cumberland Farms and that we would use VERY little gas for 5 miles. Her rudeness only escalated as she refused to rent the pick-up truck. Considering all the stress, expenses, and loss people have just suffered with the hurricane, treating customers like this is entirely unacceptable. If I behaved as rudely and inappropriately as Jennifer, I would surely be fired from my job. We will not patronize U-Haul in the future after this terrible experience and I am confident we are not the first OR last customers this company has lost, because of Jennifer.

First I made an appointment for a Sunday morning to get a hitch installed on my car, but they called to reschedule for the following day. I brought my car in and they called to say that they didnt have a hitch for my car and would have to order it. I verified over the phone that it would be the correct size. Two days later, they installed the hitch, but they put the wrong size on it. I needed a 1 and half inch receiver because I already have all of the parts needed for it. The one they installed was a 2 inch. To their credit, they did fix the situation right away by offering all of the necessary parts for free to accommodate the 2 inch receiver.

We ordered truck online was given a 6 hour block of time to use truck called ahead and reconfirmed this fact. When we arrived the manager told us we would only get 4 hours no exceptions OR PAY $50 PLUS A 2ND DAY CHARGE!! We had to get into a heated verbal confrontation to receive what was promised online. We were getting the old bait and switch. NOT COOL!! At least you get 24 hours with Budget!! USE BUDGET!! Cheaper is not even close to better when Uhaul is involved.

I came here for a hitch years ago and it was installed on time, wired correctly and with no problems. So guess what? Another vehicle and another hitch needed and great service again!! And I checked all around and got the best price as well. Dont bother to go anywhere else. These people will take care of you.

Friendly helpful staff! I was in and out no issues. Didnt need the truck as long as I thought and they refunded me the difference. I didnt even know that was a thing! Very trustful staff. Truck was in great repair we had no issues with it whatsoever

Stoped in to get propane before hurricane errma and the gm. Was so kind and helpful I also bought plastic wrap and queen size mattress wrap to put my 60 inch t.v. in Everything was less expensive than lows or home depot
