Positive experience overall. They accommodated a last minute change in loading date due to a family emergency. The loaders were careful with my possessions and helpful in packing large glass table top and art work for me. My delivery was at the very end of the "window" due to the driver being ill. It would have been nice to know that as the website kept showing 3/30 as delivery date. Finally on the day of move in, it was cold, damp, pouring rain and the truck could not get close to the apartment door. Shawn and Dakota had to carry everything quite a distance, including a piano! A few pieces of furniture has some dings, nothing I couldnt fix myself. Only lost on glass bowl (that I packed) in a move from Naples, FL to Towson. MD Their price was one of the higher of 5 written, in home, estimates I received but I was comfortable with them as they has a reasonable price for crating glass, offering free boxes, and estimating the number of boxes I would need. I would use them again.

I would not hesitate to recommend Peluso Movers. They recently moved me from Naples to Columbus OH (children and grandchildren in case youre wondering!) and they were honest, most helpful, on time, and all my belongings arrived safely. They placed them where I wanted and were most polite and just very pleasant gentleman. They really felt like family so much that I provided them with dinner (carry out) and water as I believe in caring for others as Id like to be cared for. All in all they made moving as pleasant an experience as they could - and they were the best price too! Theyre good people.

Alright, we planned our move for months, scheduled and happened to move during the first major rain / thunder storm of the season. The guys for Peluso Movers did NOT miss a beat. Attitudes remained professional and happy during the entire process. Our property was protected with special bags, blankets and wrapping and nothing got wet! People, that isnt possible in a SW FL rain storm and had I not witnessed it myself, I wouldnt believe it. These guys were top of the line, on time, fast at what they did and all of it while pouring buckets of rain. I would highly recommend this company.

Our stuff came over a week late from their deadline and then they claim to pay $100 a day back if they are late. Only if it impacts your life. So we had to buy stuff left and right because we had nothing. Stay away from them.
