This is the exact email I sent the owner, Steven, who has NOT responded...complaints have been filed with the BBB... I highly encourage anyone thinking about hiring this company to really reconsider... Hi Steven, I rarely ever complain...so this was hard for me to do. I had movers come yesterday. The parked along the street in front of the neighbors completely blocking her vehicle and drive way. My driveway was open and available for use; the driver didn’t want to use the driveway even when I asked that he does. This then caused additional time to move since they had to literally walk down the driveway and to the neighbor’s driveway to load. When they went to remove my mattress they dragged it across the floor and down the stairs and then out of the house. The whole side of my less than 6 months old mattress is completely dirty requiring professional cleaning as it is a hybrid memory foam bed. While coming down the stairs with items, they knocked pictures off the wall and banged my dresser into the front door and then again on the door frame. As they went to wrap up my glass table tops, their tape wouldn’t work. It took over 10 minutes to try to get the tape to work as theirs was stuck together. I finally found my moving tape to expedite things along and provided to the movers. The movers were not prepared with appropriate tools to get the feet off my couch to get it downstairs. All it needed was a manual screw driver and then the couch would have fit through the door. My boyfriend was able to get the couch up the stairs and into the bedroom by simply removing the feet with a manual screw driver. So after them trying to get the door frame off and the couch out which was another 25 minutes, I told them to leave the couch since I knew this was going to keep racking up hourly rates. I now have another moving company coming this evening to move the couch and the remaining items that were left behind. Once we got to the new place, the movers put the second bedroom set, the bed that they disassembled at the originating address and placed it in the destination bedroom in pieces. I had to request they put the bed together. I subsequently was charged an additional 1.5 hours. The guys kept saying they had to go to another job in Orlando afterwards. This to me is unacceptable and I feel that the guys intentionally moved very slow and took their time. I had a small move and it should not have taken almost 4 hours to complete. I am not one to complain but paying the amount that I did to move and having to hire now a second company to finish the job that your guys couldn’t is very disappointing. I am hoping we can come to an amicable agreement on the charges.

I called, got voice mail and no one called back. I emailed and no one responded. Three days later I got a text asking me to text them my information. Normally I would have dropped them right then and there, but I only had 7 days to move so I responded via text but asked to be called going forward. I did get a call that afternoon. The conversation consisted of having to listen to how many responses they got from Living Social and how they were never going to advertise on that site again. boo hoo. I explained that I had a very small amount to move and did not see it running over two hours. Then I was told I had to pay for their drive to the loading point and their drive to the unloading point and pay $120.00 an hour for anything over the 2 hours purchased through Living Social. When I explained that I understood the procedure, but didnt see it running over 2 hours, he hung up on me. I actually gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back thinking it might have been a dropped call, but my gut feeling was right. I did not get a call back - they had actually hung up on me. Obviously. they were not interested in taking any job that would only earn them a couple of hundred. I guess when you get (and i quote) "6000 responses to the ad", you can pick and choose who you want to blow off. Well, I blew them off and plan on letting as many people as I can know how completely unprofessional and rude they are. It speaks to their quality of employees and it terrifies me when I think of how unprofessional and uncaring they will be with your furniture and belongings. Stay away from these people. Their action speak volumes!

This was the first time i have ever hired movers, so i was very excited to not have to do any heavy lifting. I was given an arrival time like the cable company between 8-11am which i thought was funny due to the fact i paid in full for the service weeks before. So they promptly show up at 11am. Dont sign the start time until they actually start. They walked around for about 45 min taking pictures and coming up with a plan i guess. After about an hour and a half the first item was placed in the trailer. I was very nervous at this point because i paid for 5 hrs. So i went to work directing and loading smaller items so they felt compelled to work at more than a i dont like my job pace. I had everything preped and ready to go before they arrived so it would be an easy move. The unload went quicker. I had them putting stuff just in my garage and drive way so i could get rid of them. Nice guys but not very good movers. One of the main things that bothered me was a large portion of thier sign in sheet is a disclaimer saying tip is not included and that each mover should be tipped up to 60+ dollars. For price i paid for service which was close to 1000 dollars for 5 hours. Pay your employees correctly so that im not having to make sure they are taken care of. My mom hired a more known moving company and they moved her entire house unprepped in less than 4 hours for almost half the prive. And they came promptly at 8 am. Not just before noon to begin thier day. Ok im stopping my complaints but i could go on some more. Skip these movers

I wasted the majority of my scheduled moving day waiting around for the movers to actually show up. I called several times to get an estimated time of arrival, and no one answered the phone. When I finally heard from them, they said the movers would arrive within an hour. Over an hour later, no movers were there and I receive another phone call saying it is going to be another hour. This happened 2 more times. When the movers finally arrived, they assessed all of my furniture and wrapped everything individually, which was great and all. They also looked at my heavy dresser sitting on tall legs and told me that I did not have to remove any items from the drawers or remove the drawers. Well, I wish I had, because the movers tipped my dresser on its side and broke off two of the legs. Mind you, the dresser wasnt the most expensive, best made piece of furniture, but movers should know how to handle such items, especially when they are on legs. So it has been a month since my move and I have called the company several times about my dresser legs and how they are going to compensate me for my damaged item since they no longer make my dresser and it looks terrible sitting flat on the ground because it wasnt made to do so. I have yet to hear back from the company about how we are going to move forward with the process. Terrible custom service, I will never use this company again.
