He seemed like a really nice guy! When the owner of the company came to my house to do an estimate I got a really good feeling about him. I trusted his judgement, I SHOULD NOT HAVE! He explained the 2 large TVs must be crated and the crates were $75. I agreed and he sent me a quote. His quote was about the same as the other 2 I received, I went with him. On moving day I left my husband at the old house and I went ahead to the new house. When the truck was being unloaded, the 2 TVs came out wrapped in moving blankets and duct tape. I didnt think much about it, moving day was very hectic. Since the living room TV was being hung on the wall, the movers kindly said they would leave it wrapped in the blanket and we could even keep the blanket. The next day when we went to unwrap the TV, we found that is was completely shattered and the whole front was smashed. I think the movers new it was smashed. When I called the owner to discuss the matter he asked me to fill out a claim form, I did, I also told him the TV wasnt crated as discussed, he sent me a check for $60.00, 60 cents/lb for a 100 lb TV, for a TV that we had to replace with a $1200 TV. I asked him to reconsider the settlement, he never responded. I looked closely at the quote he sent me, he never included the TV crates which he said were mandatory. I missed that on the quote, I guess I should not have put so much trust in him. So legally, he didnt owe me anything more than the $60, ethically, he could have split the cost with me and taken some responsibility for the damage. The move cost me $1200 more than I expected!

I hired Ray the Mover to move my things up to Jacksonville, they said it would be 1-2 weeks until they got my things up here (mind you they had every single piece of furniture, clothing and basically my whole life) I have been sitting in an empty apartment for 5 weeks without my things. Ive called many times and they either have not answered, or said "oops, sorry... the truck your stuff was supposed to come up on was full.. we just didnt call to tell u" I will never be using this company every again.

I met with John all of driver t our new home and he was very professional and unloaded our belongings in a couple of hours. We have since unpacked and were pleased to see that nothing was broken or missing. We moved from Naples, Florida to Indianapolis, Indiana and are very pleased with Ray the Mover an would recommend them very highly. Dave Getz

Horrible experience. I would not trust these guys moving a teddy bear let alone a house load of furniture. Seems like they contact guys from craigslist to move your stuff. Very shady operation and horrible customer service.
