This review is long overdue but I just had another move with a different company and after seeing the difference I had to post a review for this place as well... And from what I can see from other reviews here and on Yelp, it seems that their poor service is consistent. First problem was they arrived late "a little over an hour" I thought no big deal maybe they ran into traffic or something. Loading the truck was pretty quick no problems there. The problems happened during unloading! They dont start unloading until you pay in full! Which wouldnt be a problem if they charged a flat rate per move but theyre charging by the hour! So they just guessed how long it would take them to unload "about 3 times longer than the loading and drive combined" and of course youre forced to pay that outrageous price if you want your stuff back. Anyway, it took a lot longer than expected to pay them since there was something wrong with their system so I just waited there for them to figure out how to run my card "on the clock of course" when they finally ran the card they started unloading. There were three movers, and during the unloading there was always one of them who wasnt doing anything other than sitting in the truck! Plus the smoke breaks where all three stopped working "still on the clock" anyway it took all day for them to unload and when they finally finished, the driver came over with the clip board for me to sign... He rushed me claiming that they are late and they have to go so I just signed and was happy to get rid of them! When I saw the condition of the furniture and condo it was clear why The driver was in a hurry to leave! The front door had multiple deep scratches "something u cant just paint over, the door needs sanding then repainting" Scratches all along the walls of the entrance hallway as well as the bedroom door. But what surprised me the most was the dining table! Its thick granite yet these guys somehow managed to be rough enough with the furniture that they broke a piece off one of the corners! The table they damaged alone is worth $1000 Plus what ever the cost to fix the doors and walls and to top it all off the price they charged was insanely high "especially when Im being charged for smoke breaks" I called management as soon as I noticed the damages and they werent willing to work with me. They wouldnt do anything about the furniture or the extra hours that I was charged for! Anyway I just had another move last week with a different moving company, they charged less than half! And didnt damage any of my furniture! Best of all, no smoke breaks! Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else! Really anyone! If you think Im exaggerating go check their reviews out on Yelp or even the negative reviews here on Google, everyone is complaining about the same things!

HORRIBLE LYING UNPROFESSIONAL DAMAGING THEIFS!! After scratching all the walls, chipping pieces off the furniture, lying about amount of hours worked, then hanging out and enjoying themselves while they were timed and clocked in, 4 men!!!!!!!! 7 hours of a miserable move for half a one bedroom apartment! And a total loss for $1,100 + $200 tip that was paid before unloading. Am I confident to say that I will never work with them again and I advice u to use either "Two Men and a Truck" which is the best or "AAA inta-move inc." instead if you didnt have enough time to book the first. I am saying this out of experience with all 3.. Here are the details: I used "All my sons movers" a little under 2 years ago. And it was the worst move I ever experienced that I couldnt forget about it. The branch was an Orlando branch but the move was in daytona beach. I moved a one bedroom apartment (livingroom, bedroom and dining table) I did everything else like (kitchen, closet and bathroom) on my own Later. They arrived late, timed themselves as early as the time that was expected for them to arrive, then they worked really hard to to move out of the first place and did an awesome job there and took about an 1-1:30 h to move everything into the truck, once they arrived to the new location thats 12 miles away, and saw that it was a nice and fancy place, they took more than their sweet time moving into it, it took FOUR MEN 6 hours to unload then they timed themselves on finishing the job later than when they actually finished. And because u pay them the full amount before they unload, I was forced to do nothing but call the company and complain. We paid $1,100 without the tip for that short (12 mile) small (half a one bedroom apartment) move. And to "make me happy"! They refunded me $62 based on a little bit of the extra time that they charged us for, cause they said that "no way" they could refund me for the full amount of the extra time that they claimed they worked. Will never use them ever again! And I warn u to check Yelp reviews too before hiring them!

I wish I could give All My Sons/Orlando a ZERO star rating! I had a very detailed walk thru of our 5 bedroom/5000+ sq. foot home with Raymond which went well. I was very clear about the special care of certain items such as artwork and where it should be packed and moved. It was even listed on the estimate and work order that I signed. The problem came with the packing/moving crew. First of all, they seemed to be clueless about what was being moved where (most stuff would be moved to storage and few items moved to a rental home). They also seemed to be equally as clueless about how much packing material they needed beforehand because they ran out and had to complete packing the next day which should have been a day dedicated to packing the truck. I was unable to attend to the move the next day as our 2 small children were both sick but my husband was there all day. As a result a lot of the mishaps I was unaware of until I was able to unpack. For the amount that we paid, this list of mishaps and just down right neglect should not exist. -ALL of my artwork should have been moved to the rental home (as I stated earlier) per the estimate AND work order I signed. Not ONE single piece of artwork made it to my home but was put into storage. -moved one of our washer and dryer unit with wet clothes inside. -"threw" my hanging clothes into a hanging wardrobe box instead of hanging them. - Also just "threw" a number of really expensive pairs of shoes all into one large box not taking care to wrap or pack any properly. I could go on and on. I wont even go into the lack of professionalism and concern I experienced once I called to make them aware of the above issues. I wouldnt recommend using their services. Period!

Move originated in Stuart, FL and it was the West Palm office at first but we were bumped around to a number of offices in the end... Now that the move is complete I can honestly say that the ONLY positive in working with this company was the fact that the movers were friendly. I cannot believe that we spent over $5600 (over $5900 if you include tips) on a move where very little care was taken in the packing of our items. No furniture or mattresses were wrapped (well a couple small items had something around them), as initially promised, small items like our iron and my daughters snow globe collections were broken as well as a large garden arbor that was broken in the move and never made it to the house, boxes simply stuffed with zero amount of care taken in packing, which obviously happened when the movers didnt initially know it was a full move due to lack of communication from the corporate office and they came unprepared, which left them scrambling to Lowes to pick up packing supplies. A few picture frames were wrapped but nothing like Phil promised while trying to secure a sale, which he managed to trick us into somehow. Other than actually moving our items and storing them, this move was no easier than any move we have done ourselves in the past. And a big $150 discount off the $5600 offered...thank you. There is no way that amount of money can be justified with this level of service. Im glad this is over.
