This is a write up that I put on the survey that Upack sent me. It is for my experience overall and not for a specific location. Its OK but I will probably look for another service provider for any moves I do in the future. The transit times were too great and the delivery/pick up time was inconsistent. The drivers were very friendly and professional. The quote was fine and the reservation person I talked to was very friendly. Now, it may be Upack policy, but I did not like having to wait a day before having a trailer picked up or dropped off. I would have liked to have known this ahead of time if that is how Upack operates. On day one, I was scheduled for a spot time of 0800. The trailer was a no-show for 0800. Sometime close to 1000, I received a call stating that all available trailers had holes in the roofs and that a tech was on their way out to repair the trailers and that the first trailer should get there around noon. The trailer was spotted around 1600 after I had to call twice to the terminal. Thats a full 8 hours of packing that I missed. Now, I understand that I am not billed for the first and last day however, I had taken time off from work and I needed to use every hour that I could to pack. Thats a day late meaning that my move was a day behind. In Orlando, I had hired labor to unload the trailers as I had to get back to work and could not take off any more time. The transit time was too great. My 2nd trailer was picked up on Thursday evening around 1900 though it had been ready since noon. I did not get my first trailer in Orlando until Tuesday mid-morning. I was supposed to get both trailers at the same time as I hired laborers to unload them but the 2nd trailer was not brought and had to be scheduled for next day. I couldnt get labor scheduled in time and I had to take off that afternoon in order to unload the trailer myself. Overall, Upack is affordable and it is convenient that you don’t have to drive the truck yourself but the transit times and the pickup/delivery times are too inconsistent.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. U-PACK= U-LOSE So I moved from MN to FL and using U-Pack has been a terrible experience. I guess they say if you go with the cheapest place you get that service. First off the truck was delivered late and we were told they had no drivers so deal with it. Then after loading the truck they picked it up a day late after numerous calls to them on why it hasnt been picked up yet. So now while waiting in FL for it to arrive within the 3-5 business days they say we call just to find out they dont have any drivers so it most likely will be the next day. Long story short, DO NOT RELY ON THE TRACKING YOU NEED TO CALL THEM EVERYDAY TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB AND THINGS ARE MOVING ALONG. JUST PAY THE EXTRA $500 and get your stuff on time somewhere else. U-PACK, U-CALL, U-FOLLOW UP, U-STAY ON TOP OF THEM, U-MICRO MANAGE THEM, ALL WHILE YOU MOVE YOUR FAMILY. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS in the end U-LOSE!!

Excellent choice for your moving options. Everyone was so accommodating from the time I called to schedule, to pick up, to delivery. It was excellent customer service. They delivered my household items were delivered quicker than expected. I was able to track my items all the way from Orlando to Atlanta. Im glad my friend referred me to UPack....best choice ever.

Charged exactly what was discussed and the move was seamless. The only hiccup through the process was the day they dropped off the empty cubes I had a 9a-12p window and they did not arrive until 1pm.
