ABC was subcontracted by HD in Crystal River to install our new cabinets for our kitchen remodel job but we had no idea of the issues we would encounter ... we are now coming up on 4 months from the time the project started and we are still not complete ... granted the total time was not completely on ABC. The first problem was that the original installer did not level or shim the cabinets so that when Stoneworks brought the granite counter top in, they could not install it because the cabinets were so off level. At the time of the initial install, the installer also noted that one of the drawers did not have the requisite soft close drawer guides and that the toe kick trim for the cabinets had not been shipped so he was to create a punch list and get HD to reorder the correct items. Another issue with the initial install is that the installer failed to follow the install template such that the cabinets shifted with respect to the Microwave and Stove location since the cabinets were shimmed on the left rather than the right as the diagram called for. But by the time we discovered this discrepancy, the counter top measurements had been made and the counter top was being cut. A few weeks after the install, when I called ABC to see when I should expect the punch list items coming in and the install to be completed ... ABC was not aware of that there were any punch list items needed so I had to contact HD to get the items ordered. A week after the first attempt at a counter top install was aborted, an install supervisor came out and spent hours leveling and shimming the cabinets so that the counter top could be installed. At that time, he also adjusted the doors which should have been done at the time of the initial install. The latest deal is that after I picked up all the punch list items from HD, I called ABC to schedule the installation of the punch list items. It looks like that will be accomplished today ... 100 days after the project started!

I CONTRACTED THRU HOME DEPOT....THE CABINETS WERE INSTALLED UNEVEN AND WITH SEVERAL MAJOR MISTAKES...THE COUNTER TOP HAS 3 AREAS THAT ARE DAMAGED...THE OTHER PROBLEMS WERE WITH HOME DEPOT NOT ASSISTING IN THE INSTALL ...I THE CUSTOMER HAD TO DO THE LEG WORK AND FOLLOW UP...TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...

We contracted through Home Depot, I think because it wasnt direct communication with ABC, communication between contractor, store and customer was a bit tricky. Besides communication delay, job was done well and no complaints from the mother in law.

ABC did a complete remodel on my kitchen. I found them to be very professional and timely. As with any large project, little hiccups happened along the way, but they took care of every concern that I had. I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not waste your money. The cabinets they sell are overpriced garbage, I paid almost $7,000 for my cabinets and they are already chipping (less than 3 months installed). Will NEVER buy from here again.
