Run as fast as you can from this Place. The work is below subpar, they require 80% upfront and for good reason, they know you will be disappointed. Once they get your cash they could care less. They cancelled my install date twice, both times after the scheduled time, showed up two hours late when they came out, forgot about the granite for the island, so had to reschedule, had a noon appointment and they showed up at 8 at night on a Saturday, then did not have tools to finish, the bar has a large metal bracket thats 1/2" from the bottom of granite that sticks out about 6" at you if your sitting at bar, they installed it wrong, refused to fix it, just said other fabricators make it flush, but thats how we do it. Funny dont see that in any of the online pictures. they filled a hole in the granite with the wrong color, refused to fix, did not seal island, refused to come back out, left big gaps, caulking looks like a todler did it, they have no attention to detail or pride in work. They do not any clean up after themselves, let dirt on my appliances and floor, left pieces of caulking all over on floor, drilled out holes for knobs, left wood chips all over. I should have checked first, the have a F rating from the Better Buisness Bureau. I only wish I could add photos as a picture is worth a 1000 words. I dont care how cheap it is, you will be throwing your money away. They will be the nicest and most trusting people, upfront, its an act! Stay away, as far way as possible!

I made TWO appointments with Johnny to come out and measure a space for some cabinets. I was stood up the first time with no call until I called after waiting 2 hours and was told that he was not coming. I then made another appointment and was stood up for that one as well and was told that he was not answering his phone so no one knew where he was or if he was even coming out to my place. After TWO failed attempts to get a measurement taken I would not recommend wasting your time on this company unless you like dealing with bad customer service and missed appointments without explanantions!

Thanks again Johnny! For starters, his prices are the best in town...and, hes a perfectionist! He not only took care of a LARGE amount of granite for my home, but he also gave a great deal to my parents, who live 40 miles away in Dunedin. Some people just cant be satisfied. A re-scheduled appointment? A little late? Really? 1 star? Some people are super harsh. He does all of the work himself, and is honest and straightfoward. Also, of COURSE HE GETS 80% down initially! He has to buy the granite! Is he supposed to EAT the cost? Really?

I love my new kitchen and bathrooms!! I read some reviews and still decided to go with this company and I am so glad I did. I work in the nursing industry and realize people sometimes complain about the stupidist things. If the kitchen looks good then Im happy. Yes it sucks when a person is late but it happens--- get over yourself as a person. I am sure you have been late before too!!! But regardless the kitchen looks fabulous and his suggestions worked for me.
