I would not give them one star if that were possible. Customer service was terrible. We had to call 3 different people each time we had a question or problem (our sales person always seemed to be in China); they didnt stick to original drawings; made changes to cabinet plans without consulting us; took three times longer than promised at original sales pitch; limited in color choices; the list goes on and on. Our kitchen took 6 months to finish because everything is based off the cabinet install. Now that we have the cabinets in, they are unfinished underneath, we have cracking in corners, and its only been 4 months. They are just as expensive as any custom cabinet manufacturer. Stay away

Love my new cabinet!!! The only reason I gave four stars not five is I thought the drawers were going to be soft close and they are not. They glide nicely but you have to push them all the way in. I recieved my cabinet very quickly with great costumer service. The cabinet is very well made and the finish is beautiful. I would definitely recommend buying from this family run businesses. When the need arises I will buy from them again.

Ive had awesome customer service and I even went as far as driving to Cleveland to meet the owners. it was great, they gave me and my friends a tour of the place. This is one of the best built cabinets Ive ever worked with.
