Very poor customer Service!!! I was here at my home and the mail truck didnt even stop but yet when I went to Check the tracking number on my packages that was due to arrive today (out for delivery) it said attempted to deliver package, notice left.!!! That is a lie!! They never stopped! And this happened to me 2 days ago as well. And to top it off, there was no notice left.!!!! So what does that tell you, they lie and didnt even care to deliver obviously because if so a notice would of been left on both occasions which a notice was not left on either day!!!! And then I call the supervisor and he says I rerouted him back to the address to deliver your packages called back almost an hour later for him to tell me that my route was split up and there is more carriers delivering, but yet all of my tracking numbers say (attempted delivery, left notice) which is a lie.!! And I told the supervisor this and he cut me off and said come see me Monday morning!!! When my delivery day was/is TODAY!!! Im going higher than him and I will not stop until Ive accomplished something about this post office (supervisor Reggie) I have proof and Ive taken pictures and videos of the way Im getting treated and done with my mail service!!! Like stated in other reviews, they need to be fired!!! This is not OK!!! Why have tracking, priority mail, certified mail and so on if this post office 34470 does not do their JOB!!!! Its not fair to any one of us!!! They need a new management system in order for this place to improve "my opinion"!!!!!! Like I told my family, no wonder why we all are having these issues with our mail and packages, look at how the "SUPERVISOR" handles his customers and conducts business!!!! Not ok and Im doing something about it!!! They done messed with the wrong one, and proof of all of this is what they want and this one right here has it!!!!!

No one answers the phone and they only deliver your mail if they feel like it. I havent received my mail all week. We need to stop this and all write the governor. Why are they getting a paycheck if they cant do their job? Why do they still have a job? I wouldnt get paid if i behaved in this mannor. Why are we paying these people? They have one task and its not rocket science. Customer service is horrible. No set schedule. Highly irresponsible, unprofessional, and this sets a bad reputation for the U.S. Post Office. The only way to solve this problem is to contact the governors office. How will they know if we dont speak up? Looking at the reviews, if we all contact the right source, we will put an end to this non- sense. Most unprofessional post office experience i have ever experienced threw my years of living all over the U.S. I am contacting my local governors office ASAP. I suggest everyone do the same if you want this problem to come to an end.

1 star is pretty generous. Youre welcome, guys. After checking tracking updates, I see my package was undeliverable as addressed (even though Ive received plenty of packages from same shipper with a saved address). Ok, no big deal. I get update saying they will return to sender, I call to speak to someone. Cant get through...use automated system to shedule redelivery--nightmare. You have to speak robot and then deal with an endless loop of misinterpretation & confirmation. Look up post office phone number and call 15 times over course of an hour and phone is always busy signal...no phone system with hold? After reading other reviews, it would not surprise me if the folks over there come in late, take the phone off the hook, and then go hard on trying to win the worst customer service award dealing with the unfortunate people that had to visit in-person. Terrific, just terrific.

From My experience, I did Not receive service for whence I came for; Resulting in making a blank trip. After which a staff, plainly, provided unprofessional, unpleasant, conversation. Because ut could Not have been Customer Service. As staff became belligerent. To my suprise, after my inquire for a staff of HIGH authority; He addressed himself as "The Manager." Astounded, I inquired the next level of authority; In which, of course Mr. Brown(?) Refused to provide information available to the Public. I was unable to obtain his True information because he wore his badge turned backwards hanging from his belt, in an unprofessional manner. Says Alot. Its a waste of time to stop here. In my opinion, if youre a person of Class; And the United States Postal Service of Ocala allow such to Represent them. The choice is Yours.

3 priority packages to home and office designated undeliverable in past week, and I had to go through heroics to arrange re-delivery EVEN THOUGH THE ADDRESSES WERE CORRECT. Based on other reviews, it appears USPS uses the undeliverable designation to downgrade priority mail deliveries. So, they are ripping off the sender and invalidating their own delivery guarantee. This particular post office appears to be quite regular in doing this, either intentionally or by their incompetence. As others have stated, they NEVER answer the phone and an in-person visit, when possible, is rarely productive. It is a shame because our mail carrier is a wonderful person trapped in this negligent system.

Terrible post office terrible service. If I could I would give it no stars. My mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong address. I had a package that I tracked and said was delivered to my address but was actually delivered to the wrong address. Luckily the package was delivered to my neighbor and I was able to finally get it a week later! And on top of all that when you call the post office either you get a busy signal or they never pick up at all. Im forced to get a p.o. box or get mail delivered to my parents house because I rarely actually get my mail delivered to my apartment and not someone elses.

Cant ever get thru on the phone when needed. Everyone at ALL the ocala post offices I guess are feeling over worked so they dont answer the phones. They should all be FIRED and new people hired on! Mail is further then a month behind. I am having credit cards expire due to the new ones coming in and not getting them before the old one expires which has put me and my company in some VERY BAD situations! Something needs to be done about this TODAY!! Complaints from me and 3 of my neighbors are being filed with Senator Bill Nelson as I type this. Time to put an end to this garbage.

I am originally from South Florida and the lines down south are extremely long. You could expect to spend about an hour in line but here in Ocala Ive only waited at the most 15 minutes. The clerks have always been friendly and efficient. The only problem Ive ever had is the people in line getting frustrated because they have to wait and I can only imagine how frustrated they would get if they had you wait Anna South Florida post office line. They would appreciate Ocalas post office a little bit more.
