Have used this service twice now, first time no problem, second time a huge problem, but mostly my fault. Ensure you write your SHIP TO address on the box. Do not depend on the stickers staying put. My box took several weeks, but the tag had been lost leaving Sanibel. When I called the Pak n Ship, they were exceptionally helpful and truly concerned about my box. Ultimately received in good condition, but I learned a lesson and will gladly use this service again, thanks to their helpful manner.

Id rate then lower if I could. Paid $70 to have them pack and ship 2 weeks ago. Im STILL WAITING for my package! They sent my package to someone else and I received theirs. I have called them 3 times. They have never done what they promised like calling me back with information, giving me a new tracking number etc. I know this is the Holiday season and theyre busy, but when YOU make an error of this magnitude, correcting this error should become a priority!
