Went to the location to fax some documents. I had 14 pages. I was quoted as price. The guy faxed them and then another person checked me out. He charged me twice as much as what I was told the cost would be. I told him I was quoted the first price , he said he did not care about that . He said I was toldwas the wrong price and needed to.pay what he said the total was. If I would have known that I would be paying 14 dollars more then I was quoted I never would have faxed there.Beware they will rip you off. Very poor customer service.

Im not pleased with the customer service. The evening manager was not patient and rude when I kindly asked for 4 colored copies and lamination for small posters in my classroom. She also was rude about applying my teacher discount to my purchase. My lamination came out wrinkled and smudged in one corner. The gentleman that assisted was very kind and helpful despite her constant negativity towards my request and purchase; I will not be a returning customer.

Fast, clean and friendly staff and facilities. Was in and out in less then 2 minutes, and on a Sunday... Amazing !!!
