I usually avoid writing bad reviews, but I think this time I really need to, hah! So sorry Ocala Fedex, but for the last 3 parcels that was supposed to be delivered, the driver had not attempted delivery to my front door. Instead, they go straight to the apartment office (which by the way, I have been told by a Fedex representative that they are NOT supposed to do that, they should be delivering straight to the customers door). And as the apartment office is not open all the time, my parcels get marked as "Customer not available/Business closed". I spoke to the office administrator and several other residents have encountered the same problem. Felt kinda silly just taking the time out to stay at home on the days that I expect a parcel to be delivered, and then I randomly get an email at 3pm saying that I wasnt home?? And I dont even get a tag on my door! Not entirely sure why the sudden change here, because previously the courier had always come to my door. Hopefully this issue can be sorted out, as Id like for my parcels to be delivered properly please :)

Was waiting for something important to arrive but they saw my large dog, not aggressive at all, and didnt attempt to deliver package. Just left a note on the gate. I watched the driver drive away, which only frustrated me more. I called and asked for reattept delivery and they said theyd put in the order. I watched for hours only to get a call at 4:30 and they said the driver was out of the area already and couldnt attempt delivery. I was really upset by that. They said I could pick it up at the facility before 6:30, and the service there and friendly employee is what earned them 4 stars. I was very impressed by the service at the delivery facility.

This is the third delivery my wife and I have had from this shipping center and its the third delivery that weve had trouble with. The "trouble" is damaged items. This time it was a shipment of Yankee candles. When the FedEx driver turned the box it sounded like it was full of rocks. NEED FIRE SOME PACKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everytime I go in here to mail anything with my FedEx account (as an employee) I have an issue. Although I am an employee in MI not FL I frequent FL often and ship my suitcase the lady (Deb) at the desk gives me or my mom a problem ever time even with my picture ID in hand. Very poor customer service.

I was home and still missed the delivery, forcing me to pick up package at out of the way location. Did you knock, ring doorbell, toot horn, I dont think so. Just hang the tag and run.

No copy machine. Any other "Shipping" FedEx I went to, they offered to copy a couple sheets for me for free. Dont go here if copies needed. Not very nice employee either. Snappy.

Drivers falsifying delivery attempts and then I am suppose to wait for an express package until 230 pm. Ridiculous. Unreliable
