I dropped of my work uniform on 3 different occasions. Each time I said NO starch on my shirts, each time they came back starched. The 3rd and last time I went only 1 of the 2 shirts came back starched, it was improving! Except they lost my pants. They said they had a month to try to find them, no luck. I purchased these pants for $75 in November worn once, maybe twice at most. They offered to reimburse me $52.50. Im still waiting for the check, its been 47 days now. And I have to order the same pants for work plus tax and shipping. Ill be out of pocket $30-40 when all said and done. Took my business elsewhere.

This place is horrible. Ive used them a few times because its close but each time theres been a problem. Startched an order when asked not to, permanently pressed fabric that was not supposed to be a ruined it, hemmed pants to short+made each leg a different length+did a crooked single stitch that looked like it wouldnt hold past a few uses. On top of all the problems they are rude also especially the guy who does their alterations. Google should let you rate zero or negative stars!
